I don't know what happened to Inga because she was the only good one there. I would rather dig around in garbage looking for glasses and try my luck with those than visit here again

The service provided by Limor was absolutely incredible, he’s extremely professional, answered all my questions, and suggested me the best for my needs! I recommend 100% Hakim store #217 in Weston & Major Mackenzie! I’m completely happy with my experience in their store, the prices simply amazing! I had my prescription including a beautiful PRADA frames and that’s not all.... I have Nikon lenses and transitions included!...everything for a low price and It was a very very fast service!Regards

I was surprised to learn the hakim at 7 and weston closed down. And the moved to the major mac location.. You would think the company considering the have our medical files that hakim would have informed its patients. However;I was very happy to learn that Lucy transfered to this location. She is helpful. Very customer oriented, listens to help the customer and is able to help the customer make the best decision for their eye health.If Lucy did not transfer here I would most probably be looking for a new eye glass contact lense provider.

We have been dealing with Lee and Inga at this location for over a year now. They are the best. So friendly and knowledgeable and very professional. Myself, my wife and our son all had our eye exams done and purchased new prescription glasses. Excellent service and amazing people. Never go anywhere else. Thank you so much.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! They are extremely unprofessional. There is no greetings when you walk in and make you wait (even with appointments) for so long. The lady that usually works there is very unprofessional, thank goodness I didn’t buy my glasses from there. I don’t recommend at all going here.

Very rude service! Only one Sales associate and busy, manager asked us to check only from the staging area, and not to check from the drawers! very surprising and rude attitude by the manager!

I went in with an emergency to get a pair of glasses the same day and left with them, was extremely pleased by the amazing customer service by fazila and inga. Fazila came right up to me the second I walked into the store and answered all of my questions with a smile and positive attitude. She helped me pick out the perfect frames and was very attentive during our conversations :) Inga was also very helpful, quick and efficient. I was amazed that I walked out with a pair of glasses under an hour, She was a MACHINE! I've been a customer with hakim for 10+years and this is the best location I've ever been too. Thank you Faiza and inga again for an outstanding job and amazing customer service :)

Lee and Inga at Hakim Weston Rd. earned a new Hakim customer for life! My daughter had her first sleepover away at a friend’s house which went great except that she came home with a broken hinge on her eyeglasses. I had no idea if the broken hinge could be fixed and I didn’t know where to ask. I went into the Hakim Optical close to my office and asked if they did repairs. Lee explained that often frame repairs are not possible but said he would take a look anyway. While Lee went to the back to see if a repair was possible, Inga started a conversation about my current eyeglasses, pointed out several things that had seemed to have changed since my old prescription, explained what progressive lenses were and suggested I might like progressive lenses better. My last optician never explained progressive’s to me and so I didn’t realize there was a possible solution to all the frustrations I was having with my current reading glasses. Next Lee came out from the back with my daughter’s glasses repaired and looking better than new! If this wasn’t already wonderful enough, when I asked how much I owed for the repair, they said there was “no charge for a Hakim customer today”. I said, I wasn’t a Hakim client and they replied only that, “they hoped I soon would be a Hakim customer”. Fantastic! Needless to say, I have now booked an appointment for my next glasses at Hakim and will now always get my glasses at Hakim.

Visited this location after my favourite lenses (the ones the ladies go crazy for) cracked. I wanted the exact same frames. After they were not available on the floor display the ladies were able to search out the serial number, check the stock and found the precise frames!! I was so thrilled, when Inga was able to replace the lens within 5 mins......and guess what else was in the box? Same frames in different colors. The ladies worked out a fabulous deal and I was able to walk out with my new frames, and two new styles that are not even on the floor yet. Best location, best customer service and exquisite taste when it comes to helping customers select styles. Thanks again, and you see in 10 days for my new frames.Warmest regards,Kevin
