Really enjoy that they take time to slice their larger subs and package them decently.I like how the self serve is tucked away instead of being the most prominent check outs.

Can’t even shop in Canada with out a security guard creeping me out for doing nothing! Worst customer experience and service I have ever had at any grocery store!!!!!!!!!! They need to do something about this.

Clean spacious super market . Items are more expensive than neighbourhood Walmart but better quality . It has lottery section store and dining section . The available tray food is not as good as presented . Usually undercooked and cold .

Called in before I came in to inquire about some pork belly they had on sale this week. I believe his name is spelt Ward but he was real friendly and helped me locate the product and gave me more information on it. As I came into the store, Scott another worker working in the butcher shop aka the meat department was nice to me too as he helped me. What good guys, thanks!

I can’t tell who’s crazier, someone who leaves a poor google review for a chain operated grocery store in Waterloo region, or a positive review. What are we doing here? Five stars!

Extremely disappointed to see the stores being renovated to EXCLUDE the health food section. I have always valued my Sobeys for it consideration to making the choice for healthy shopping easier to achieve with the section dedicated to natural options. I will always choose the store that priorititozes a health section- that is no longer Sobeys. Sad to say I will now shop elsewhere.
