I love working out at Peak. They have friendly, motivating staff, a pristine gym, and best of all they have child minding services so I can bring my toddlers in and they can play with toys, colour or watch cartoons while I'm there. So convenient!

I love this gym for many reasons. The fact that I can do a lot of hybrid training because of the facilities is a huge asset to me when I'm home visiting. The staff are always friendly and the gym/washrooms are always spotless.

The therapists and Chiropractors at this location are all very good.The front desk staff is extremely efficient and able to squeeze you in in case of an emergency.I have been here for massages and their message therapists are also really great.The pricing is reasonable too.

Tried a few gyms in the area before settling on Peak Fitness. They have great staff, the cleanest facility and owners that really care. Peak also has a seperate room for cross training and then a gym side so I can do more body building workouts which I really like to have that option. AWESOME GYM.
