I liked this place, I know it is small and as I saw maybe around 3 people were working there.I visited there for changing my driver's license address and I liked the lady who gave us this service.she had many pens which one flower was attached to at the end of them so when she gave you the pen to sign, it seems that she gave you a flower. I like her idea

Such a positive and productive place. The lady who assisted me was very professional and she nicely explained me the process.Within 15 minutes everything was completed.

The rating score should be a lot higher. Yes, I couldn't get a hold of someone at this location via phone. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for a health card renewal. It was also a Friday, which I presume is a busy day. The customer service representative was very kind and fast. 5 star rating and 2 thumbs up!!!

Disgusting experience, never going back to this location again. All I needed done was a renewal for one of my cards and she over complicated the whole experience. She (old lady with blonde hair and glasses) was extremely condescending and very rude. I didn’t feel like I deserved to be treated like this, as I was friendly and had all the necessary documents to get everything done. My boyfriend almost stepped in because of how rude she was. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt like I needed to let other people know, so they can go to another location. It’s worth going to Aurora or even Bradford because maybe there’s a chance you won’t be treated like garbage. This location’s staff is in dire need of customer service training.

These ladies are hardworking and get things done quickly. They are professional and they remember their clients. Very nice individuals working there. I enjoy spending my time their. Keep up the good work ladies.

Customer service personnel were friendly and efficient.There should be a Dropbox for plates being returned where speaking with staff is not necessary. This location does not have enough staffing to support the number of people accessing their service.

Been going to this service location for the past 7 years. First off, by stepping inside, it feels like you have travelled in time, to the 1970’s or 80’s. It needs desperately a makeover. Secondly, there’s a dark hair colour, with glasses that sits at the corner. No manners in any shape or form. I never had the “pleasure” dealing with her but I have heard her conversation and she sounds rude, racist and hates her job. Today she was eating out loud and having conversation about wanting to go home. She “owns” that place and doesn’t care about the professionalism of a work place. The other representatives are okay. They look miserable, mean and rude. Sorry lady that I don’t know all of your forms and the inside out of MTO, you do not need to be condescending to people, even if you must repeat yourself. Your job is to deal with regular individuals, including newcomers that don’t speak english very well. You are getting paid to help and if you don’t like what you are doing, find another job. The 2 stars is for the convenience of the location and ample parking. If you can go elsewhere, do so…

in the middle of 3 chairs, the old lady is not good. pls more training before working. She does not understand nice to Taxpayer.

The gentleman we had was very helpful and patient. His name was Micheal! We went in there not knowing what needed to be done and he walked us thru it all and had all the patience in the world! Thank you

The customer service representative, blonde Lady with glasses, had salad on front of her and talk with us with fool mouth .Was very loud and yelling on us. When I complained manager why she is eating on front of customer manager said I am not her mother"."
