I went to Chloe to touch up my blonde hair and add some brown. While I loved her work the first time, it didn’t turn out quite the way I wanted and she quickly brought me back in. She put in a lot of effort to ensure I loved my hair. Not only is she very talented but her customer service is amazing. I always have a great time going to Bounce Hair salon. I’ve never been so happy with my hair I’ve actually given the stylist a hug. Also an amazingly welcoming space for anyone in the LGBTQIA+ community, with non gender specific haircuts. Best salon I have ever gone to.

Kristen is the absolute best stylist out there! She is fabulous, extremely talented and so knowledgeable. I've been a client for years because of how amazing she is - I wouldn't trust my hair with anyone else! I cannot say enough great things about her as a wonderful person and her work!

Brianna did an amazing job with my son's hair for his grade 8 grad! She was also courteous and explained as she went which will really help him in the future. The salon itself is gorgeous with a beautiful view from the second floor. Very inviting and relaxed, highly recommend!

Brianna did an amazing job at making me feel welcomed and understood. She was very informative about the proper techniques and products to use to maintain my curls. Coming from someone who has struggled with my curly hair journey my whole life, Brianna has made me feel confident with my natural hair!

Chloe is an amazing stylist and brings my visions to life! It was fate that I found her on Instagram and found her work. She is extremely talented and such a sweet soul. She is very honest about my hair when I have crazy ideas but she’s always willing to try if that’s what I ask for. I’ve even brought my daughter to her for her hair goals. We are so happy we found Chloe.10/10 I always recommend her now to anyone looking for a new stylist.

Ahhh-mazing!! I am so in love with my hair cut. I saw Brianna and she gave me exactly what I asked for and also walked me through what she was doing and what products she used so I could achieve the same look at home. I also really appreciate their pay structure, I’m always nervous about how much is appropriate to tip but the fact that they have included this in their made me feel much better that I was paying the stylist what they deserved and didn’t need to do any extra calculations myself. Can’t recommend this place enough, will be coming back for sure.

I saw Ashley C for a total hair transformation and she nailed it. I didn’t get to my goal first shot but PRETTY CLOSE! I had Sally’s black hair dye and we were able to achieve a beautiful dark copper. She’s so sweet too and the salon atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. I HIGHLY recommend Ashley C.

I got a haircut with Tori, she was incredible, super receptive to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. She’s also really personable and fun. The products used are amazing, they left my hair feeling super soft and shiny for days and the blowout and style she did for me held up incredibly well. Absolutely worth it, would recommend.
