Advanced Towing

I was T boned at highway speed by a full size mail truck on my way home from adopting an already scared little cat and the OPP called Advanced Towing after asking me if I had a preference which I didn't. My car is so low to the ground for aerodynamics and fuel efficiency that there's no way to tow this without a flatbed. They showed up with a flatbed maybe 15 minutes at most after they were called and despite the fact that the car is a total write off they treated it the way you would treat somebody's brand new car.I've had things towed before but I've never encountered a company that's treated me and my car with this much respect. There's zero doubt in my mind about who I will call if I have future towing needs.5 stars a class act all the way. When you're talking to them you'd swear you were chatting with a friend you've known for years. I'm not easy to impress but Advanced Towing blew me away.

We were involved in a collision on the 401 near Tillsonburg. The OPP called Advanced Towing to assist with our SUV which ended up in the ditch. The next day we called and asked if they would allow us to see our vehicle and collect our personal belongings. We were greeted by Jennifer. She was the one called to pick up our vehicle. What a great young woman she is, she was very kind and understanding. She waited patiently while we collected our belongings and took pictures of the damage to our vehicle, no rush just take your time.What a breath of fresh air after such a terrifying experience.This is a family owned business and Jennifer is their daughter. Her family must be so proud of her she is a credit to their business. It is also a credit to the fantastic job they have done raising such a caring, responsible, kind human being which is sometimes hard to find these days.
