Just want to give a huge shout out to Rick in electrical. He spent time with us on the phone to assess our requirements and make sure everything we required was in inventory before we drove to Vernon. Rick spent another 30 min walking me through the project and make sure everything needed was understood. He even helped me carry the supplies to the till. Rick has set the bar for exceptional customer service.

Friendly staff at this place, usually don't have what I want but do have something else that I end up buying. I like orange and so do they so they painted everything orange. banger tunes on the radio all day here straight 2002 slappers mostly. if you go into the plumbing aisles it's kinda spooky cause it gets all dark and all the staff disappear and it's just u and pvc y pipe fittings alone in the aisle.

Staff are extremely friendly. Most are very knowledgeable about the store and where things are. A lot of staff know what they're talking about as well!They have everything you need as far as what your wife wants done around the house. However, building materials they lack. You have to go to Rona to get building materials but home Depot has everything DIYers need. Perfect for them especially since you have to know what you're doing when you walk into Rona. You can be a complete novice walking into home Depot and they'll help you get anything you want done.

It's home depot, good product. Staff is always willing to assist when you need, and most have a good knowledge of the inventory, so to direct you to where you need to go. They have got rid of bags for the green agenda, which makes buys inconvenient and more difficult

Other than household supplies, renovation materials, these guys have a great plant selection! Its dangerous to come here..I always end up buying a plant! Staff here has always been top notch & friendly.

Garbage company with terrible customer service. Oven ordered over a month ago, never showed up when the email said. So I call customer service to find it's still sitting in a wearhouse not being shipped.. a week later still don't have my over so I call back and get a different person and a different answer. When I ask why I was given a different answer the following week I was given some indirect excuse that didn't have anything to do with what I was asking, I ask the question again and she decides to hang up because she can't give me an honest answer.. I would advise people to stay away..

Martin went out of his way to help me in the lumber department. Helped me pick through some plywood to find the perfect piece for a project I was working on. Great guy, great customer service. thank you Martin!

Helpful, friendly staff once you track them down. Great selection of hardware and then some. I can’t wait for the garden season to open but it’s still too early.. They always have a huge selection of healthy plants at great prices. The discounts as the season dwindles down are also worth checking out. I bought a bunch of emerald cedars that were on sale last year and hopefully I can find a size match to continue my hedge.

When the day came to deliver, I went out to the truck to check out the washer and dryer I purchased 2 weeks earlier and things looked good. After the washer was in I was asked if I had any tools, which I was taken back that they knew it was a stackable set up. I just moved in and so I didn't have one handy, as I was telling him, the other guy pushed open my front door were I was standing next to and he got my foot under the door. He didn't apologize or anything. Once it was stacked they said it was in and left. I started a load and it went to spin, the whole dryer was falling off. They didn't screw none of it down and disnt end up using all the parts, I also found the screws on the floor that was supposed to hold it down. Had to wait another 48 hrs for someone to come back to do it right. Would not recommend this place other then grab and go shopping. . Alls I go was, sorry this happened". I paid 2400 for delivery and install and alls I can do is stare at it and tell my kids to stay away."
