Friend and knowledgeable staff. I came in to upgrade to an iPhone 11 and they recommended me the best plan for my budget and needs. I also purchased a screen protector that they helped me install and they did it very masterfully.

Never understood why they have these cell shops when they all answer to the carrier companies- you won't get a deal unless you sign a contract. All I am is disappointed by sales pitches and price guauging and 2 year contracts. You want my blood too?

Worst experience ever! Upgraded to a new phone. The sales guy said will get the phone in 2 days. It has been 7 days and kept calling them and getting awful responses, like 'we don't know ' , ' try contacting the storage location' ' it is holiday season ' . The management seems utterly cut off and there is 0 accountability. I have 14 days from the date of purchase to decide whether I want to keep the new phone. Imagine already 7-8 days are gone, it seems like a dirty trick so the customer doesn't get the time to evaluate the new purchase! GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY, CAUSE THESE GUYS JUST DON'T CARE

I have had the absolute worst experience with PCMobile, attempting to buy a basic affordable phone for my mother who uses PCMobile prepaid services.First, I searched online. The PCMobile website is pretty useless. They advertise only about 5 phones, and they don't actually sell them - the site says to use the store locator to find where to buy them. When you go to the store locator function, the Prepaid Cellphone Express is pre-selected. I searched for any location within 50km of Toronto. Only one result - Fortinos at Lawrence. I called Fortinos to find out if they carried any of the phones I was considering. They transferred me to PC Express, and the agent had no idea if they carried phones. She took my number and called me back after speaking to the manager, and confirmed that no, they don't sell any cellphones.Then, I searched online again. I tried including the other store option as well (the Mobile Shop). This time I got zero results so I decided to give up and look instead at Best Buy...When I called the PCMobile customer service number, the navigation system was confusing, as there was no option for potential customers. Eventually, when I got through to someone, he told me that I was getting zero results online because i couldn't select two options at once. He was not interested in my suggestion to therefore update the website to radio buttons. I also informed him that the only (1) result Fortinos actually doesn't sell phones, and he might want to pass that along to someone to update as well. He said it is up to the stores to tell them so he can't do anything about it. I eventually found out that there was a MobileShop at St. Clair W subway , so I took a 30 minute trip up there.When I got to the shop, after a short conversation with a sales agent I found a phone that I wanted to buy, the LGK9. It was advertised for $129 - not the cheapest one there, but still within my budget. I was in process of paying for it, when he realized that the system had a different price - $160. Many years of customer service experience tells me that without question, if a store advertises the wrong price, and a customer requests to buy it for that price, they need to honour their own mistake. However, the agent said he was unable to. I asked him to call someone else, and he did. After a quick phone call, he confirmed that he was unable to sell it to me for the advertised price. After all this, about 3hrs of my life has been wasted and I still don't have a phone.PCMOBILE - YOU NEED TO HONOUR THE PRICES YOU ADVERTISE; YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR WEBSITE; YOU NEED TO EMPOWER YOUR SALES AGENTS.

Fantastic experience dealing with them twice this year. Fast, Focused Friendly service. Mujeeb quickly understood my needs and proposed a solution and made the costs and benefits clear. This is the only place I would recommend.

I found out about this store from searching on-line for a good monthly cell phone plan. I was recommended Koodo (Cellular service is VERY expensive in Canada). Anyway, I got to the store, and the agent (who may also be the owner) named Sourabh was SUPER nice, super helpful, and super professional. He was patient and helped me find the right plan for me, no BS. I highly recommend this store, and this guy, to address any cellular issue you may have. I guarantee it! I am super pleased.

The shop is hidden upstairs inside the loblaws, past the checkout counters. Like other reviews said, my issue was the wait time, but it couldn't be helped by the 1 staff there who had to help several people. I had made an appointment online, but was slightly late and was preceded by other customers. When I finally talked with staff, Hossan was very polite and helpful, he seemed to really know all the options and he cares to help you pick the best options for yourself. I'll be sure to come back here for any new phone or accessories only because I know I can trust the staff's advice here

Amazing customer service from Hersh this evening! I just visited this mobile shop for the first time because I was feeling lost about what to do with my phone situation (my phone had just fallen in a puddle and completely died and I was using an old iPhone 4 as a backup). Hersh provided me with several affordable, great solutions to my phone issue, and helped me discover a better way to save money on my monthly bill as well! He was very kind and thoughtful about my student budget and situation and really delivered wonderful, genuine customer service to me. I found the perfect solution and plan and it was all thanks to Hersh! Great mobile shop, great employee.

Showed up around 6pm and the shop was already closed for the day saying they'd be open at 10am. I was told by the staff at the customer service desk that they often leave early without saying anything.

I purchased a new phone and plan (switched providers) in August 2020. Although I was happy with the service I received initially and they were patient with my questions, it was the follow up that I was deeply disappointed and frustrated with. First, they never confirmed my address so my phone case was sent to the wrong address. Second, I was assured multiple times that I would receive a $40 credit on my account within 4 months of starting with a new provider. I never saw this credit. I also had to return to the store multiple times because they could not find my phone case and told me it arrived in store, but it was actually for someone else and wasn't there when I arrived. They made me feel like they were doing me a favour but the backwards way they approached it made me feel like they were doing sketchy things. Would not recommend purchasing here. It is unfortunate that this store is so accessible and easy to get to!
