3 Leaf Wellness Centre

COVID safety protocols are in place and I felt very safe, health wise. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and given sandals to change into. Unfortunately, there's no bench or chair to sit on to change shoes. While I understand this is due to safety protocols, I came in with a very sore back and it was hard to change shoes.Regardless, I was treated to an excellent massage by Alfred Lau. Nice, deep tissue work. Kind, quiet, skilled. When I had a follow up question that I sent via email, I was answered within hours. Definitely will go back again! Beautiful clinic.

I am from out of town and because of short notice I haven’t had the chance to book with the same therapist twice. But it doesn’t really matter because they are all fantastic!!My first visit was over a year ago with Hannah, she had me soo relaxed I drifted off a few times.My second visit was with Robin, she got so deep into my neck and hips that I it felt like I was floating when I was walking out.My last visit was with Yuko and man did she make a mission of finding every knot in my back/shoulders/neck and move them on out. Very good hand pressure and very intuitive.I’ve been to a few shops around town and this is the only one I return to.No direct billing, no problem for me. They provide a great service at a competitive price. What more can you ask for? How about super clean, friendly, professional, and they follow the restrictions to a tee for ALL of our safety. Great job!Can’t wait for my next visit.

I cannot praise Alfred more! He was wonderful and kind, took the time to ask questions and really listened to my concerns/problem areas as I described them. I had an unfortunate car accident a couple years back and have been plagued with pain in my neck and shoulders. I have been to many different therapists and never felt like they understood or cared to fix my pain, but Alfred did! This was my first experience to 3 leaf wellness and I can guarantee I will be back.

I recently had an appointment with Alfred and he was one of the most professional therapists I've seen (and I've gone to quite a few different therapists in the city!) His initial introduction and instructions were so thorough and I felt like I was fully informed about what he was planning on working on in our session. The receptionist was so sweet on the phone when I booked the appointment last minute and I felt like the whole experience with this clinic was so wonderful. 10/10 I would recommend this location to my friends!

Wow, I feel very safe coming into this place. Great health protocols in place. What a fantastic experience. Easy to book. My messier explained things well and thoroughly. A clean relaxing environment. You have to remove foot ware there but they offer slippers.

Always a great massage there, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They are amazing. They are very accommodating and not to mention their services, staff, and product are great! They answer inquiries in light speed time and I encourage anyone that wants to relax and get a service to go to this establishment! If I could give them 6 stars, I would - they deserve it!

Very calm, relaxing spa. Experienced therapists to choose from their service menu. Clean, soothing and a number of trinkets, candles and bath salts available for purchase.
