Clean Sweep
Hired this company to install new hearth and install new woodstove and provide WETT certification. The woodstove was installed not to code and we had to call them back. Company owner argued they are not required to install to code. Came back and I'm yet to see WETT certification which they are required to provide. We like to hire local but will never call them again and there are other local companies.

Clean Sweep
I've used Clean Sweep for years, both for woodstove installations and chimney cleanings. The Canadian made Regency line of stoves are the best I've ever used; clean burning, efficient stoves. When it's time for your annual chimney cleaning, Jason will take care of it and will leave things so clean, you won't even know he was there. Tim is just as good at the installations. I've used other local companies and brands over the years (I'm a house builder) but there's only one place to go from now on, IMO

Did a WETT inspection before Xmas and still don't have the report-keep calling and leaving messages with no return call - I understandnd that the business is facing a difficult time right now - a call back would be nice and appreciated.

A great experience from Victoria at the office scheduling my appointment for a chimney cleaning. She was very pleasant, friendly and responsive. Jason performed the cleaning. He called ahead and was very knowledgeable , courteous and friendly.They are lucky to have such great customer facing employees.Will use them again..... as long as they send Jason.

Haven’t bought a fireplace here but I can’t say enough good things about the kind hearted owner. This weekend we were in a car crash on hwy 7 right in front of the shop and he immediately welcomed us all inside to warm up (by the lovely wood stoves!) and made us coffee while we waiting for a tow truck etc. Excellent hospitality and I can’t begin to thank them enough. Do recommend.
