I was looking for an inspecction after a transmission malfunction message showed up in the panel board, the technician informed me that I need to leave the car for an inspection, the day after I returned to the garage to receive the information expecting to receive any type of document or report about the problem but the technician just mentioned that, as far as I remember, that would be a lot of work with the transmission and there was also a noise in the engine that would require more time to identify the issue and at the end he wouldnt be able to fix it at this time. I asked for any document or report so I can show it to another technician but he mentioned that they don’t provide any kind of report. I recommend to review your policy. My car has been repaired on a different garage and it’s working fine so far.

I took my truck there, transmission shifting problem, sometimes forward is week and bucking feeling and sometimes no reverse, the mechanic said it needs to have a transmission rebuilt over 3000$. I changed the output speed sensor my self 28$ fix , works like a charm
