Easy to give Poochie Palace 5 stars! I have been bringing my fur baby Brodi here for quite awhile now and have always been very pleased with the service. I always have a happy, beautiful, pampered pooch upon collection and I absolutely love that Leeoni sends a gorgeous picture after each groom and has such attention to detail. This is a wonderful touch that sets Poochie Palace apart from other places. Always a friendly and professional vibe each time.

First time customer and will definitely be a returning customer. Dog was so relaxed and delighted when we came to collect him and it was his first groom. He was spotless and we got beautiful photos of him too. And he got a cute bandanna!This woman is so talented with animals and knows exactly how to make them feel comfortable can’t recommend enough we are very happy customers !

First visit. Warm welcome from Leeoni. Explained what treatment she was going to give our Golden Retriever, Issy. It had been a while since Issy had last grooming, and was in desperate need! She came out looking fabulous! Best I have ever seen her! From her ears to her toes to her tail! Highly recommend!

The most fantastic groomers in the area! Leeonie is so kind and reassuring to every animal that crosses her doorway. She grooms my 45kg german shepherd and he adores her. She also grooms my springer spaniel and now my German shepherd pup and my parents German shepherd and 2 collies. Not only is she fantastic with dogs but she is incredible with cats too and does a beautiful job on my dad's long haired pedigree cat. And you always gey sent the cutest professional photos of your furries sporting their new bandana in the most gorgeous setting after every groom. Leeonie is so knowledgeable about every breed and gives the best animal health care advice and always such a lovely warm welcome.
