Really nice guy. Call for two veal sandwiches he is asking me if I'm sure I want them as there 40$ lol. Won't ever go back. Food is MIDs

Really good fresh veal sandwichBread was really soft and sauce was just right. Veal was juicy and not dry at all. I highly recommend the sandwich

We ordered a meatball sandwich 2 veals, as well as 3 soft drinks. The total came out to around $55! The meatball was horrible, lacked any flavour and looked like a burger patty. Plus, it was pink in a large portion of the middle. The veal meat was nice but nothing compared to what other sandwich shops give you for a bit lower price. What you get isn't worth it here sandwich wise it seems, however pizza and other options may be good I wouldn't know. I'd take my veal sandwich cravings to California sandwiches any day

I'm not one to complain about prices because food costs are going up decided to stop into San Antonio foods to grab a veal deal and a pizza.And I was told that this is the same owners that used to be on Millvan I used to go there a lot when I was a kid. Anyways I went as I started doing pizza reviews for the Toronto area and was told to try their pizza must say their cheese pizza was very very good and their veal sandwich was stellar worth the try due to this pandemic take out only and remember to wash it down with a Brio.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the price… way cheaper than any other Italian bakery, and they LOADED my sandwich with meat. I got the steak sandwich. It was amazing, I honestly couldn’t help myself I needed to write this review online for everyone to see. Food was delicious and plentiful, price was great, and the staff is very kind. Only good things to say about this place. Can’t forget to mention the restaurant itself is elegant and unique with the painting of an Italian village hillside. Will be returning! Thank you!

Great lunch spot if you’re looking to grab a quick slice of pizza or a sandwich. The veal sandwich is a good size, and the toppings are always fresh. Pizza is good aswell, but a little pricey at $6 for a slice of pepperoni.

1st time ordering here and I got it A veal sandwich and lentil soup And all I can say is wowThe food is truly made with love and leaves you in awe wanting moreChef Sal is an absolute delight his welcoming and passion for food really shows through.Definitely going to be my new weekly spot
