My father took his car here and was incredibly disappointed by their service. They broke his driver's window and then charged him for it! The window only goes halfway down and they didn't mention to him it was 'routine' to lower the window completely to avoid keys being locked in the vehicle during the service. So someone clearly tried to force the window down and smashed it. They also left a door ajar which killed the battery. Pathetic. We will not be giving them any further business.

I have been going here for years to get tires changed on my vehicles and never had an issue until today. 2 weeks ago they put my winter tires on. A couple days later the from passager wheel started making a noise. I thought maybe it was the brakes or something so I took it to my ford dealership. Turns out the tire was coming off the rim. So ford fixed it. (55 $)Went back to double d with the receipt and they basically told me nothing can be done. So long story short, they lost my business for good and they can be sure that I will NOT recommend them to anyone I know! Couple people I know had a Similar experience with them so I'm done. Not going back there again!
