Bubbles Car Wash and Detail Centre

I stopped by this Bubbles to get my car cleaned before selling it. They made my old Sunfire look like new, and they did it for a fair price. Waiting area was nice, and they were quick and efficient. Overall an excellent experience.

I’ve been a member for few years since bing is the manager until they’re so good. For the performances of the group and detailing,I will not stay if it is not good.everything is doing perfect for me.compliments for Alex and Bing.

If I could do negative I would. Took my jeep there and it cost me close to 180 dollars.. they did it 12 minutes n when I got it it was dirty. I wrote a email to complain not one response it has been about 3 weeks now. NEVER EVER AGAIN M... they are the worst

Worst experience ever!! charged 780$ + for full detail that took almost 3 hrsleather conditioning was not done sprayed but did not whipe clean....little to 0 effort by actual cleaners. Stains on roof that weren't there before.. didn't shampoo all seats. Given a ridiculous apology and offering a 100 credit to store. I will never bring my vehicle here again

Brought my Kia in as it needed a good amount of TLC. First time at Bubbles and was shocked at how expensive it was and had to decline the leather conditioning for my seats because of the price. I took a moment to call and get some clarification on the service provided and spoke with the manager Colin, I made sure to tell him what a great experience I had with Stacey but just needed more info on what I was paying for. I was actually more surprised at the end result than the price by far! My SUV looks brand new! I could not be happier and though I’m not 100% positive I think they did the leather seats anyway because they look and feel amazing!!!

I used their car detailing service a few times and was generally pleased. I returned my SUV for a car wash and interior detailing. As we were preparing for a trip, I had installed a roof box before coming for cleaning. I was informed at the Bubbles Car Wash that my SUV cannot enter their wash bay and that they can only clean the interior. They attempted to upsell the packages. I select the one for $140 + GST, which comes to $147.When I returned to get the SUV, the interior doors, footsteps, and carpet corners were dirty. Garbage remained stuck in some of the car seat moveable railings, and the car seats and back truck had not been adequately vacuumed or cleaned. When I asked, the worker grabbed THE SUPERVISOR. He told me that the doors would not be cleaned because that should have been included in the car wash, and when I inquired about the other cleaning, he told me that I should have purchased the better package for $250 or $450. It was unbelievable to me. I told them I'd be doing a review of this service with photos, and he shrugged his shoulders. It's disappointing to see $147 go to waste. What a shame, and it felt like a fraud and a scam. My teenagers would do a better job; I needed a PROFESSIONAL service. I won't be coming back. If you happen to go there, take pictures of your vehicle before.

Booked this for my friend today and she was not impressed... After they were done, she had to show them all the areas they missed. You can still see dust and dirt under seats and inside the car doors. She can vaccum and wipe herself but for $400 you would expect more detailing" and the car still has so much dirt

Today started horribly for me for various reasons and I felt as tho that I was starting to become depressed and my anxiety was rising. I really had no desire for anything I had to drag myself out of bed to get what i had to do today and my first order of business was getting my car washed. Upon arriving to bubbles at the 127st location I was greeted by STACY and she instantly made the me feel overwhelmed with kindness and compassion as she could tell I was off. She gave my son and I a hug and assured me that today my life will be blessed with happiness. I am grateful for her stewardship in my life as I rarely meet someone who is truly genuine and caring as her. Thank you Stacy for putting the stars back in the sky for me I greatly appreciate you and your smile, God bless you!

I had my car detailed on July 2nd at the 13804 127 St NW Edmonton location.The prices were absolutely ridiculous, I ended up settling for there 259$ package.I have a person with a compromised immune system staying with me and needed all the dust/hair out of my car.Well for 270$ these are the pictures, and I ended up having to spend an additional hour at home redetailing my car for the service I overpaid Bubbles to do for me.
