I had a great time buying my first car at Lakeshore All Makes and Models. They were very responsive on the phone and on FB messenger. They put the car on hold since I could only visit on weekends. When I got there, Jason answered all my questions and gave me plenty of time to inspect and test drive the car, no pressure. When I finally made my decision, Jason laid out all payment and warranty options with no pressure on me to go one way or another. He also agreed to repair a minor issue I found on the car. When the car was finally delivered, everything I needed to drive the car have all been done: safety inspection, plates and car registration. All I needed was to get my insurance. Even now that the sale is over, they still take the time to answer my questions. It’s really been a pleasure.

What a great experience! Purchased a used f150...excellent price...good condition...good service...would purchase there again and recommend to others looking for a used vehicle. After rwo tanks of fuel with a injector additive, and some Lucas oil additive in the engine this vehicle runs very well. Thanks Jason for the exceptional service

We have purchased our last 4 vehicles at Lakeshore all Makes and Models and they have been very good to deal with. I had a situation where I had a problem with my last car that I purchased and they were very quick to assist me with the issue. Chad, Dave and Jason have always been very good to me even after I have purchased a car there has been very positive follow up and service after the fact. There are always some doubt with used car sale people but I assure you that with these three guys there is no pressure and they are very honest and accommodating. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I recommend you visit these guys.

I just bought my atlas cross sport from Lakeshore Auto!! I drove 2 hours to go there and I was SO impressed with the customer service.Dave was awesome!!! So professional, so efficient I was very pleased. Happy girl 10/10 would recommend. What a great experience. Worth the drive :)
