Technician was fabulous. Unfortunately first time using them 4 years ago, took ten days to get part in and lots of follow up calls to keep them on top of the supplier: Part cost was $158. Second and last time using, same part, two weeks to get part in, same conversations with no follow up and cost of part more than doubled. Would not recommend to anyone who prefers to not be without heat for two weeks in the winter. Time to find a new supplier guys. Prices too high for such poor service.

Called and received same day service as nest thermostat was not communicating with radiant heat. Nick showed up early and was efficient in getting the issue resolved.

They fixed my old propane heater and they were here in less than an hour. Replaced the thermocouple and my propane heater worked again. I thank you so much for your expertise and great job. Sincerely Kim Freeman Thanks Jason

Had problems with our tankless water heater. We called them and they had someone here about 2 hours later. Fixed it within 1.5hrs. Now we have hot water again. Thankful for the quick service especially since I have two small children. Service Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great staff friendly and hardworking. Did what they said they would do in the quote . Pricing was fair . My only complaint would have been their cleanliness after the job. They left behind some structures I had to deal with and didnt sweep up after cutting some of the vent holes .

Replaced my furnace last winter. The company I was with gave me the run around . This company gave honest information , and did good work. Explained furnaces and prices, and gave an actual quote for the job.

Not an easy or straightforward job, but the crew from Causyn's did a great job installing our new heat pump. Friendly and good - natured people from installation to customer service. Thanks Causyn!

So, heres how it was for me. Called for emergency job on a sunday night, was told by whoever its much cheaper on regular hours for a service call (understandable) and to call back in morning if we needed assistance still since we didnt want to pay the ridiculous fee.Monday morning arrives, I've worked on the furnace all night and am, get it back up and running myself. Service guys show on their own accord and I tell them I got it running.Again, on their own accord they offer to come in at look at my furnace when not required at this point in time. Service tech, when they left says I don't feel comfortable charging you". (Rightfully so as they didn't do anything as it's working and were told that).Then today

A decent place to deal with until you have a problem with the parts or workmanship. Do not expect a fair price for fair service when they have to come back to fix a warranty problem. You will see all kinds of additional charges on your bill that you were never told about. We received a $275.00 bill for 15 mins worth of service and were billed full service charge and a warranty admin fee.
