FYI - leasing part will be amazing. BUT then once you move-in you will lose packages, you will see on the door saying knock on the door for deliveries, which shows they have lost packages before, there is no camera in passage and cameras are not allowed to be installed and they won’t take responsibilities as well. In short , NOT SAFE, balcony net- not done by Hazelview, AC- they don’t provide, microwave-they don’t provide. And how much rent do you pay? Maintenance they just come say will come back and then you wait and finally have to write again for maintainable request for the same thing. Holy Moly ! I just moved last year.

The management team at West Lodge are truly amazing. I have been speaking with Moin Abrar throughout the process of moving to this building and he has been extremely accommodating and helpful the entire time. I have never seen a building management as kind, patient and helpful as this one.The building is also very clean and well maintained. It looks as though they are always working on something to update different parts of the building.Thank you Moin for your kindness throughout our move-in process!

House hunting is one of the most tedious things in Toronto. Syed, on the leasing agents was very helpful in the entire process. The renovations gave me an executive feeling of the place. Can't wait to move in on 1st April 2023.

We are moving into an apartment in this building soon. I really liked the apartment and the amazing view from the window. I was afraid that the paperwork would be long and complicated, but many thanks to our agent Moin Abrar for helping us at all stages and making getting to know the house so comfortable, enjoyable and fast. He returned all my calls and texts quickly and made me feel he really cared about what he does. I look forward to my tenancy!

I moved here recently, nice area, and if could give Hazelview Properties more than five stars I would!! My experience with them was exceptional and I’d recommend it to anyone my experience I’ve already started spreading the word to all our friends and family! Moin Abrar was amazing to work with throughout, he was very attentive, and he kept me informed with every step. he helped me to complete my application and had good customer service. I wanted to thank you. I got from the staff patience, good communication, and very kind staff, definitely, quick workers I enjoy the view from my big windows and new kitchen also fridge is nice and big. Wanted to rent out a 1 Bed apartment and got in touch with Moin, the leasing agent for the building. He was helpful to show me two units, one was ready for handover and another where works of painting were ongoing. He was transparent about the additional charges (like parking) and indicative of possible bills. Since I have a 2 year old, he also suggested places that are around which my kid would like. Property, I understand is well maintained after Hazelview has taken over.

Christina Gialousakis the property manager is very helpful, nice, friendly, sweet, kind, polite, loving, caring, generous. Christina Gialousakis always does her very best to help the tenants. Christina Gialousakis always makes the tenants happy. Christina Gialousakis is always smiling and joyful and their for everyone. Christina Gialousakis is the best and right property manager for West Lodge. You won't get a better property manager for West Lodge. Christina Gialousakis always make sure the work gets done and done right in the right way. And she goes to check the apartment to make sure everything is good. Christina Gialousakis always find time to talk to tenants and even if she is busy she will talk to you and try to help you. Does not matter what nationality we are she is always their for one another. Since I know Christina Gialousakis for the short time she is very caring, loving. Christina Gialousakis always shows respect to one another. And all the tenants always love the way Christina Gialousakis approach them and talk to them. Christina Gialousakis talk in a very nice and patient way to talk to tenants. Christina Gialousakis always say good morning" to tenants."

I was looking for an apartment that suited my current needs and circumstances, and through a friend who connected me with the agent Moin, I was able to rent an apartment at 103/105 West Lodge Ave.My comment is directed personally to thank Agent Moin Abrar, who is an empathetic human being of incredible character. He was the one who helped me with the contract for the apartment that I will soon be with my family. An excellent professional and very helpful, he has a lot of patience and quality education.I am very grateful and satisfied with our new home.I recommend the company Hazelview Properties, for its team of professional agents who in principle make comfort and good impression.I don't have a clear opinion yet about the environment.However, the area seems very practical, with parks, recreation area, close to schools, library, pool, supermarkets and TTC...Apparently, the condominium is made up of many immigrants from all over the world, and we will probably be exposed to diverse cultures. Which in my view, is a very positive point, for inclusion and learning.As for security... I read a few reviews from years ago and was worried at first, but with the visits and the possibility of being around, I didn't feel unsafe. I can't say for sure!So, for that, I can come back here in a rational period and leave my update if necessary! ...Thank you!

Hopefully the management will respond to me that way. Wake up every morning with cigarettes/food smells in my apartment and ask the management to put weatherstrips to my door but I’m still waiting two months later.. sent them 3 or 4 emails but nothing changed.I’m not even complaining about the noisy neighbors/constructions, water shut down every month or lack of security!Please don’t tell me to contact you to discuss about this because I already did multiple times :)
