Our experience was awesome! Jason took his time to explain everything to us. If we sent emails with questions, he was quick to reply. He made the whole purchase and trade in, seamless and stress free. Highly recommend Jason! The whole Bongard team was very friendly and very approachable. We are extremely excited to pick up our new camper and start camping.

I have had the displeasure of dealing with Bongard RV Fredericton. I bought a camper off of them in October 2021 and just like anything there was some issues, which I bought a warranty to cover. They came to pick up the camper in October 2022 to fix it. They were given a list of things to include. The main thing on the list was the septic tank, it seems to be not balanced correctly which leads to a build up in one of the corners which always plugs (plugged when they picked it up). When that happens I had to get the plug out manually (with plumbing tools). Today they dropped off the camper to my house and the septic tank was never looked at or emptied. The smell in the camper is horrible and now it’s parked in the city with no where to empty it. They are now saying they fix septic but don’t empty them (even though I was advised they would). I was also just informed by the manager that they had “tried” to help me. If you are going to spend money on a camper do not let these guys “try” to help you with it, they are useless.

My wife and I purchased our first travel trailer from CRC Bongard’s RV Sales in May 2023 and were pleased with the whole experience. Dale Craig, our sales rep was extremely helpful, responsive and accomodating and never pushy.Darian was also great to deal with and provided excellent customer service. While delivery took a little longer than we’d hoped, in the end, we’re satsified to know that the team puts a lot of extra care and attention to the pre-delivery inspection. I noticed every possible joint and seam has been caulked and sealed throughly and professionally.As expected, we noticed a few minor aesthetic flaws inside. Darian assured us Jayco will fix these issues as part of the warranty. Overall, we love our trailer and the excellent customer service we received.
