I purchased 2 Maxit shelving units from my local Ace Hardware. One was missing a bushing. I contacted customer service via website and they not only sent me the one missing but 8 more. Great customer service. Will definitely used company again.

Large store, 2 Floors with a great variety of outdoor patio furniture. Staff is always super helpful and willing answer any questions. I’ve referred all my family and friends and they were happy with the service and selection they were able to choose from. I’ve already purchased another umbrella and I’m ready to enjoy my backyard again this summer, all thanks Gracious Living Store!

Good store with great selection. Frank & Gally are awesome to deal with. They treat you like real humans unlike the big box stores.

I love shopping here. The selection is incredible and the quality outstanding. I transformed my backyard into a summer oasis with amazing furniture and accessories from Gracious Living. The service is second to none. The staff are patient and knowledgable and make sure that you leave the store satisfied each and every time you visit.

It is a big store with lots of patio furniture sets. You can buy tables and chairs separately as well. They sell high end furniture and prices are ok. The least expensive set was more than two grands. There is some furniture on the second floor as well. You have to go through the security and the small parking lot was full.

I wish I could give zero stars. Last week my 83-year-old husband and I drove to this warehouse. Traffic was brutal because of the pandemic, so now all the streets are being repaired. We understand that.We get to the warehouse and tried to catch one worker who was running all over the place.After ten minutes, my husband said he needed the washroom. I find the worker and he said we had to go all the way to the other end of the building, to the corporate offices. I said it was an emergency and we could use the employees washroom. He said he was going to ask his manager. He turned around and leisurely walked to the entrance where another worker was sitting there, with sunglasses (inside the warehouse!) and said the same thing. Another customer was also mortified to see that my husband was wetting his clothes and said the same thing, ask for the employee washroom.The so-called-manager, gave me the same explanation and when I said i t was not possible, he chuckled and said they also had to go all the way to the other building!I want to know:1) how come a warehouse was given a building permit without washrooms for employees, never mind visitors/customers?2) since when workers go all the way to the corporate offices to use the washrooms? Never seen before!3) it must be nice to work here when you can take half an hour every time you, employee, need to go to the washroom huh?Definitely NOT gracious at all!Maybe the company could start by teaching good customer service, kindness, compassion and respect for the customers!!We will NEVER go back there. My husband was mortified and humiliated, he just said, let's go.Why can't workers have a little bit of decency and care for others??!!I don't think anybody from the company reads reviews, but i know I DO read them prior to going somewhere.DON'T GO HERE! There are other places to buy garden furniture. Not worth the aggravation and humiliation!

They must be out of business!I am missing a part. I sent emails, called and sent a message through the website. They do not respond and won't answer their phone.Terrible customer service. It has been more than 2 weeks with no response.I will notify my local store how how bad the service is. I will ask them to no longer stock products from gracious living.

Great selection of outdoor furniture , storage containers, and friendly and helpful staff

Wonderful experience shopping with Gracious Living! Our backyard has turned into our own little getaway. Thank you to the team and especially Frank for all of his advice and fantastic recommendations. We purchased this outdoor sectional with ottoman (as seen in photo) as well as an outdoor dining table that extends to fit 10 people comfortably with chairs. My favorite purchase was the massive umbrella that gives is total privacy and can block out the sun from any angle.Thank you again for making our backyard beautiful!!!!!

Their service is terrible. They will never answer the phone to check on damaged parts. I will never purchase one of their products again.
