Feb 12 2022 I placed 3 item for an online order for pick-up. Received an email back that they will notify me when the order is ready for pick-up. Feb 26 I received an email refunding me the 2 main item I really needed. They did not refund me the 3rd item ( 8oz deli cont with lids ) amount to $58.75 with Tax. I should have got them to give a refund then but I was thinking that I will pick them up when I am in the area. It is just not worth for me to drive from Burlington just to pick up 1 thing.Had a doctors appointment Nov 9 which is in the area I decided to go to pick the remaining item. Thinking that they honor my order and give me my order be on my way. They accused me that I already pick up that item. Even the lady manager refuse to give me my order. I left without getting what I originally paid for.Beware when you do business with Bulk mart. Bad customer service and it cost me $58.75 to learn my lesson.There are better suppliers out there!

Why is customer service so rude & disrespectful?! This company looks good on the website but honestly I’d rather pay a little bit more to make sure everything goes smoothly. Good when everything is good but as soon as there’s a problem they become a nightmare to deal with. Don’t just walk away! Run. Thankfully there’s a few other companies willing to price match.Edit: to respond to the sellers response, my small business always places orders.

Never knew this place existed but was very pleasntly surpirsed when I walked in at the amazing selection and GREAT prices. Forget Amazon - shop here if you're looking for bulk items, paper products (cups, plates, cutlery) and a ton of ither items including spices, cooking goods, rice, water. The List goes on. If you're having a BBQ- come here for your plates and cups!

I have got fast arrival email of my order. Collected it from the store in Mississauga. The staff members are friendly. Except the distance ,it took me 1hrs from my location, Toronto downtown .
