I had this company do my taxes. Unfortunately the front line staff were rude to me via telephone when I requested a form to be printed off. The person who i was speaking with was obviously flustered and upset and was projecting this onto me. I was going to just let this bad customer service go but then i decided that i paid a few hubdred dollars to have my taxes done and that the way in which i was veing spoken to was inapproparate. When asking why (the reciptionist) felt she had the right to speak to me in that way she stated it's because I'm ready to retire". When asking to speak to someone else I was greated with more attitude. The other employee stated that she heard the whole conversation but was not interested in appolgising to me. They just kept stating that they were busy. Don't get me wrong I'm sure the other staff are great however the front line staff that are representing this company will leave you disipointed with their inability to perform customer service."
