Bill has amazing attention to detail, outstanding customer service and professionalism and is spectacular to work with. The day he was to meet me for a quote, he surprised me by arriving 30 minutes earlier in order to create a plan for the landscape - wow! He has initiative and excellent ideas and is such a pleasure to work with that we hired him for other work as well (he has a huge skill set!).
