Had the best Christmas dinner with family, went out of their way.

We had the rib dinner tonight, it was exceptional, really delicious!

It's a quiet small town legion as expected. Food is good! Thursday is panzerotti night, order early they sell out every week. Pies are baked fresh from scratch. The chocolate pie is an old favourite from my childhood. The pastry here is crumbly and flakey, I can't do better. The chef is grumpy and overworked/underpaid for what he manages to put out single handedly. Kitchen closes at seven 7:00pm promptly. So get there early if you want to eat. They often sell out of the daily specials. Fish and chips (perch) is excellent and generous. Bar is well stocked and staff/volunteers friendly. Not a lively atmosphere, it's a legion afterall, but good food, good folks, great prices! Pool table is level and well kept! This legion is always kept clean and tidy. A hub of the community.Buy a slice or a whole fresh baked fundraiser pie, take it home. The lemon meringue should be entered in the fall Fair.

Great Lake Erie Perch meal. Nothing fancy, just great food at a great price. I'll go again soon.
