Very good service! Very nice products!

They get only ONE star because I can't go any lower. When they tell you that thier furniture has a lifetime warranty, don't believe them. Just today I picked up four chairs that I had regluded as they became loose over the years. When I picked them up, the owners were expecting me to pay $67.00. The charge was supposible for the glue/labour used to reglue the chairs. I asked why the charge? I was told it was because it was the second time that I have had the chairs reglued. Since when does a lifetime warranty end after the first time something is repaired? I got the four chairs back. They, so far look to have been repaired correctly. I didn't pay anything as they voided the bill. The last thing I will say is, the person who voided the bill, should work on her attitude. As when my son and I were walking away, we both could hear her mubuling to herself. I won't write down what she said, as people of any age can read this comment. Greg and his staff handled my completely custom kitchen fab and install, it was more economical to have them do it custom then roll the dice with prefabbed. 100% recommend these guys for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. No brainer would use again.
