Angels Patient Transportation

I was referred to Angels by Champlain Health to transport my mom from home to hospice. They were super kind and understanding and were able to schedule a last minute trip. At first I thought the pricing was a little high, but for the service they provide it's completely justifiable. From the owner Alex to the admin and dispatch, and the transfer team, the whole experience was great. They treated Mom with dignity and kindness and at the hospital were an advocate for her when the hospital put her in the wrong bed and wanted to move her again to another bed they stepped in and were able to keep her in her original bed to avoid upsetting her. Well done Angels, well done! I would 100% recommend.

We have had to use patient transport for our mother a few times. By far Angels is the best. The service is always friendly, courteous and kind. The last time we used Angels was during a snowstorm. The driver was excellent.

I recently needed to arrange for transportation for a wheelchair bound family member. It was under very difficult circumstances as she needed to attend the funeral of her husband of 67 years. Unfortunately, this task was not as easy as I anticipated as most transportation services I contacted only handled transfers for medical reasons or others would not not provides guarantees for pick up times. Luckily enough I accidently stumbled onto the Angels Transportation website.The process of booking the 3 legs of transportation was very easy over the phone. The service provided was amazing as the vehicles arrived earlier than scheduled. The driver was very efficient and pleasant, we unfortunately in the angst of the day we forgot to get his name. All my dealings with Angels Transportation were courteous and professional.This was truly a very enjoyable experience under difficult conditions and the process was seamless. Thank you again for removing a very high amount of stress from on this difficult day

My wife used Angels for her to be transported to and from the hospital after a recent surgery and we were so impressed by everyone. From scheduling to pick up and drop off everyone there was responsive and helpful and especially kind. We really appreciated all they did and we highly recommend them.

Our friend who was helping told me that the driver who took my Dad and her to the OGH last Friday was very considerate and careful during the snowstorm that day and even stayed a longer time in order to pick Dad up right after. I know that you've taken Dad many times before, but this was greatly appreciated by me, his son, since I live so far away. Thank you, again. And there will certainly be more trips in future.

The staff who chauffeured me to and from the hospital when I was in COVID mode were exceptional! They were courteous, safety conscious, and excellent communicators (Zoey, Sam,). They provided punctual service ( pick up and drop off)...no waiting. I would recommend them to anyone. Well done Angels!!
