Worst customer service, the employees are so rude, they are not willing to help at all. I went there two times but still the same .

The worst form of customer service I have ever experienced! You can clearly tell from the quality of service that they just don't want to work. I went there on a Saturday and saw there were 3 employees in store who were pretty much just lazing around with no customers and when I wanted to get 3 phone upgrades done, they were in fact encouraging me to go to the Koodo kiosk and get it done. I was shocked because there were other stores who were so persuasive about getting 3 lines renewed in their store and was the complete opposite here! I discourage anyone even considering going to this store, it's a pure waste of time. The store owner is losing out on more business by having such employees in there and in fact should employ the 2 that were in the Koodo kiosk working away and attending to customers one after the other that were lined up. This Telus store should just shut down rather than having the 3 that they had in store who are probably doing more harm than good for its customer base.

Best customer service ever!! Been with them for 11 years. I switched phone providers only once because I wanted to go on my work places phone plan with Rogers and it was a D I S A S T E R! Rogers customer service providers have nothing on TELUS. I should’ve known that! When I returned to TELUS two months after switching, they were so nice and helpful and even gave me an extra gig of data for returning to them.Thank you TELUS! I’ll never cheat with another service provider again lol

They were unable to assist with getting a new phone because of my corporate plan. The fact that the major stores cannot help is ridiculous. But, the reps here were great at helping me with the people on the phone.

Worst customer service ever. We waited for 2:30 hours for new phone but still staff was unable to process in their own system. Then they said come tomorrow everything will be ready for you. Next day another lady instead of understanding the situation want to verify physical photo identification. Instead of solving the problem she was arguing if you are going to bank for services they ask for physical identification. If this is the case then tellus should stop selling products online with digital documents. No sense of responsibility towards another person’s time.

Worst store ever, rep let us wait for more than 2 hours and after we left the store without had our work done.Don't go to this store, later I went to the telus store in trinity that was really good. When I asked for the manager they says he is not available. Rep took our signatures falsely without telling us the situation.Really very bad experience, everyone's please don't go to this store.

Worst customer service by Anna, I experienced couple of minutes ago. She didn’t knew the prices for BUSINESS PLANS. What I showed her online on TELUS website she even didn’t agree to that and said this is what we have!! Kept overspeaking on me for everything I was asking. Not at all helpful never coming to this store for sure.
