Very good Starbucks! For the most part the drinks and food have been excellent! The staff are all friendly and easy to talk with. This location, especially the drive thru can get quite busy at peak times and the parking lot is quite crowded throughout the day.

Took them 20 mins to make one drink. 7 staff there and half of them just stood there chatting. Everyone waiting inside was wondering why. This place used to be nice but the quality and service had went downhill since 2023

I go to the Starbucks in Safeway now that they’ve added tipping at this location. Pouring coffee into a cup doesn’t warrant a tip on top of your wage. You want a living wage - increase your value in the market. Be aware that payment processors are the ones that started this to drive up transactions profits. You’re also paying a tip on the tax amount. Stop being so complacent Canadians this is not ok!

Well, I'm usually pretty lenient on big chains/franchises that hire unskilled teenagers, but HOLY COW!!!!! I have been to 100's of coffee shops including Sbux all over the world, and this location is the SLOWEST I have ever experienced. I do not care how long the line is, or how many mobile orders there are, 45 mins for a latte is just NOT acceptable. Period.

Waited over half an hour for a cold brew. Hire more staff! It’s gotta be stressful for the baristas not being able to keep up with incoming orders.

I have been going to Starbucks fairly regularly. I like a pink drink with no ice and no inclusions. I simply just don’t like stuff in my drinks. Well I was just told that they will start charging me $1 more because I just want the drink. That is outrageous and honestly price gouging on customers that support your business but simply just don’t like particles of anything in their drink. Ugh!Super annoying. I will not be going back.

The drinks are ALWAYS a disappointment at this location, at least for me. They seldom ever make it to the same standards of other Starbucks. I really don’t enjoy giving low ratings for places, but I hope that this review can let the Management of this place know that some changes are needed here. However, I will give credit to the service provided by the wonderful staff here because they do so with a smile. The managers or owners here need to get the necessary inventory and provide the baristas with the training they need to make the drinks and foam correctly.

They made my drink perfectly and the staff was extremely friendly. The wait was a little bit long but that's okay because the drink was really really good!

A lot of people are writing harsh reviews, however, you need to realize that this is the ONLY Starbucks store in Cochrane. The staff work their butts off every day, almost always short staffed but always have a smile on their face and provide kind, excellent service. They cannot control long lines and wait times when they are being overworked in a stressful environment. Have some understanding!

The SLOWEST Starbucks i've EVER been to. The other reviews aren't an exaggeration, expect to wait almost half an hour if you don't do mobile order or go through drive-thru.
