I was not content with my suspension setup after installing it with another shop. When the break-in period ended, I decided to contact Dale's.First impressions were through the phone. Zack and Jameson were very friendly and informative of their services and what needed to be done for my vehicle.Manners and transparency are very important to me.When I got the car back, I was extremely happy with the way it handled and felt. Literally a night and day difference, even just driving on straight road.The bill of service is clear, and the alignment results are informative. Would definitely recommend these guys.

The times I have taken my vehicle to Dale's has always been a great decision! Whether I was speaking on the phone with Jameson, Zach, Mike, or reviewing the vehicle condition report (complete with video clips from the technician) I always felt like I was being provided professional service, accurate diagnoses, fair pricing, and quality work! I am confident that standard is consistent throughout Dale's and is experienced by many others too. I don't have an in-depth knowledge about mechanics, so it was important to me for someone to walk me through the report in layman's terms. This was done with clarity, accuracy and patience.

As I don’t have a goggle account I’m using my wife’s. Dales has a very professional team. Really clear and easy to talk to. I especially liked the video they sent me as to what parts were worn and why they should be replaced. The vehicle is 23 years old and now drives and handles better then when it was new. Money well spent. Would highly recommend Dales.

Had a security feature added to my new car. Staff were honest, they’d not done this on my model before. However they gave me such confidence in their ability I set my appointment & had the work done. Not only did they get the job successfully done, their customer service is excellent. All staff I met were super friendly & were kind enough to send pictures of what the under carriage of my car looks like. What an eye-opener!! Thanks so very much!

Excellent service and communication. I appreciated the quick follow-up on all new issues that came up. The photos and videos were very useful to help me understand the issues with the car. As a person that isn't mechanically inclined, they explained everything very well. They were also very familiar with common issues with my car (subaru brz) which I'm sure means the job was done well. They were able to find used parts to keep the costs down. Would definitely recommend them.

I am extremely pleased to have dealt with Dale's auto service. The two guys at the front were super knowledgeable and friendly.I was able to get a next day appointment with a timeframe since they're always busy. I showed up super early and they were able to get me onto the equipment first thing. My window was from 9 am to 1 pm and I had my truck back by 10:45 pm.I even had a TSB from Toyota in regards to my truck for the alignment. They didn't need it or want it. The alignment was done perfectly; you could tell they're pros and know exactly what needed to be done.They under promised and over delivered. Although they were not aware of the fact, my truck also has the Toyota app built in which shows how they treated my truck on the test drive. They did not do any crazy acceleration or harsh cornering. The staff were super respectful and friendly towards myself and my vehicle.I would deal with them again in a heart beat and will seek them out for any further service. To those that wrote reviews stating that their prices are unfair they need to get with the times a little. Labor is expensive and qualified technicians are extremely hard to hire and keep.

I had my 370z worked on and I could not be more satisfied with the job. The install was for race test pipes, removing the old catholic converters. I knew this job was very difficult, and I only wanted the best to work on my car. Jameson got me in the next day, and the service was top notch. Thanks again Dales!Johnny

Dales was great! They took on the task of installing lowering springs in my fairly rare? weird car (Polestar 2) when no other shop would. The car looks and drives great, and their communication was as good as it gets! Drove all the way from Chilliwack and wouldn't hesitate to go that far out again for any future work! 11/10 highly recommend.

As a GC8 owner I know its difficult to find good techs to work on these cars. Dale's has done an amazing job on my car. They dialed my suspension in perfect. I was skeptical before picking the car up as it was already very good but these guys definitely amazed me.They have done other work on my car too and all has been very good.Jameson was very thorough and came through when it counted.Definitely recommend ANY Subaru owner to go there for piece of mind!

Spoke with Zach over the phone about the great Red Head steering gear and he answered all my questions. Was very flexible about time line for returning the cores and very fast at refunding for cores. Shipping was fast. Get a return shipping label from Zach it will make things easy. Great experience. would highly recommend.
