Vivo Green Calgary Shuttle

The owner of the company was extremely rude and displayed poor customer service when presented with a problem. Long story short - flight was cancelled and stranded at the airport for the day. Definitely not the responsibility of Vivo Green; however, you would think a service company would be more empathetic and understanding. We were unable to use the service for our ride into Banff (which we paid for) but used the service for our return trip. The driver was on time but not friendly. Bus was crammed. Would not use this service again.

Such a great service! We were picked up on time at Calgary airport and dropped to our accommodation in Canmore. Then picked up exactly on time and taken back to the airport for our return flight a week later. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thank you for making our trip and travels so stress free.

This shuttle blew past us on incredibly icy roads tonight and was speeding past Emergency vehicles. Very unsafe driving. This driver should be disciplined

I found Vivo Green online while looking for transportation to Canmore weekly. Great service and very easy to book online. I've been using them for the last 3 months and haven't had any issues. Would recommend to friends.

We were picked up in Banff and brought to the Calgary airport, the experience was safe and very efficient. We did have one issue with a damaged suitcase but once we followed up the company was very understanding, did an investigation, and offered reimbursement. Overall, highly recommended!!!

Called Vivo Green for a short time ahead of the time I need. They sent the vehicle right away. My departure time is 10 pm, their driver was very professional and experienced. The driver arrived at Tunnel Mountain Resort a bit early than the departure time and informed me about this. We had a smooth private shuttle service from Banff to Calgary. They even free upgrade the vehicle to a bigger size to maintain enough space between me and the driver which makes me feel very reliable and professional. My flight was delayed and unfortunately, when I reached Calgary I missed the shuttle timing. I messaged the company and got rescheduled to the next available slot within 5minutes. Awesome service. Ride was smooth and the dropoff location was right where I was staying.
