Sorry for this nice comment actually I bring my truck at this location coz of gasket fuel leakage. I left my truck here for a week and the mechanic just changed the gasket that a road side shop mechanic can do it. The mechanic did not work on Camshaft housing.Uff

Great quick service called to order parts and pickup

I tried to purchase a truck from Metro Freightliner this week. I say tried, because while we made a deal and the dealership emailed me a signed contract, the sales guy did not pickup the deposit as he was scheduled to do, then stopped returning phone calls, emails and text messages. The following day he finally got back to me, and told me that he had sold the truck to another customer who walked into the dealership and offered him slightly more. How a company the size of Metro Freightliner could ignore their own contract is beyond me, but the company is NOT trustworthy and this experience with them is appalling. Yunis Darr was the sales rep, and he REPEATEDLY told me that the truck was the PERSONAL PROPERTY OF THE OWNER, so it seems like the rot goes all the way to the top. This is disgusting and appalling, crooked business practices like this will eventually come back to haunt them. I would give zero stars if I could.Updated to add:In response to this review I received a call from Claude Parrell, used sales manager at Metro Freightliner. He confirmed that he was the one who sold the truck out from under me for an extra $3000.00 knowing that the truck was committed to me. He insisted that it was because I missed a single phone call from Yunis. That phone call came at 10:56 am and I responded by text message two hours later at 1:10 pm. The truck was sold that afternoon, and before anyone attempted to contact me again. In Claude’s own words, the sales agreement they had sent me “doesn’t mean anything.” He also told me that it was not true that the truck was the personal property of the owner, so either he is flat out lying or Yunis was. Claude tried to blame me (the customer) for the fact that Metro Freightliner did not honor their word or their sales agreement. This whole thing sounds so unbelievable that I’ve added screenshots of the text messages and phone call logs to this review. I’ll let the reader decide who is truthful here.

This place is the worst to ask for help. Try to call them and see how ungodly lengthy you will be held on the line. After a long hold someone picks up who’s not even the one who should provide you with the service, then again you are placed on hold, and this is not the first time this is happening to me! you keep playing an automated message talking about good service and reputation, but the reality is far from good service and reputation!)

Been dealing with Metro for years now, mainly the Milton location. There's a reason these guys are my shop's #1 supplier. Best prices by far, amazing staff, Excellent service. Big shout out to Chris Currie for making sure my day to day goes smoothly. Recommend these guys to anyone in the trucking industry.

Good work , but slow getting there!Need to have a quicker diagnosis program.Truck being down in this industry costs the owner/company alot of money. In repair and down time both costing money.

Even though we got off to a rough start thank you to Kevin Basdeo and to the Tech that found my issue of my box banging noises. Only took 2 years and he found the issue in an hr solving a second issue with my truck. Ty Metro
