Probably the worst clinic in all of Montreal.Their official phone line literally has NO English option. Pressing 9 for English" literally makes the system hang up on you.These clinics are supposed to service all people in Montreal

I'd like to say thousands of thanks to Dieyneba, a lady in the reception zone, she is so kind and sympathetic, she really wants to help you. Dieyneba helped me to to take immediate appointment, she called to different doctors and one of them, Dr. Caroline Labadie, was agree to take me. Many thanks to the doctor that she found time to take me, I am so grateful. The doctor is so professional and also wants to help you. She was attentive and patient. Thank you both for your kind hearts!

I recently moved to Montreal from Toronto and this was my first medical visit here. I had heard how difficult it is to make appointments at Walk Ins and to expect to wait hours to be seen. This visit was in fact very smooth. I made an appointment online the night before . I had a 15 minute wait to see the doctor from when I arrived. The clinic was nice, the receptionists friendly . The doctor was pleasant , well informed and not rushed , he took the time to gather all of the information required. I left with a requisition for blood tests, an ultra sound and an appointment with a specialist. Frankly this experience was superior to mosts clinics I've been to in Toronto. They also have the facilities for imaging in the same building so that's also very convenient.

Worst clinique ever. 4 receptionists, they finish their small talk before answering phone, they don't direct you where you should go or where to give the documents received. ORL are rude and always late, but not 10 mins late, 30-40mins...

Went here randomly because it was the only one available online; pleasantly surpised. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor were all polite and helpful. Everything seemed to run on-time but it wasn't rushed/hectic at all.

I went to this medical clinic back in July. I was sick like a very old decrepit dog. Two Covid tests, and they were negative. After 8 or 9 days or so of sleepless nights with cough, higher than normal temps, sore throat, fatigue, headache, congestion, ear ache, raspy breathless speech... I figured perhaps I need professional care. In the end, I made an appointment and was seen by Dre Canaan. She prescribed an antibiotic, and couple of pumps (yes I am a smoker) and suggested that I use a nasal rinse regularly. (which I still do now) Indeed, within 48 hours, I was able to sleep a full 8 hours without interruption from the coughing! Furthermore, I was able to get back to work 3 days later! Indeed, the protocol she prescribed worked. I guess the moral of the story is listen to (your) the doctor.

This clinic is exceptionally good. I was seen on various occasions by 3 different doctors and all were very aware of my situation. After my personal visits, follow up telemedicine calls were arranged. All doctors were very knowledgeable, patient and perfectly comfortable speaking to me in English, which was incredibly appreciated as I was quite weak. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended !!

Really disappointed in the overall call I had today. While I have read about other clients calling in and able to get appointments easily over the phone, I feel like I am being given the run around.I was told to book online, but booking appointments through Bonjour-Sante is extremely difficult as appointments display for 30 seconds to a minute at 4pm. And then I have to retry the next day? Seems very strange. 1/10.
