Receptionist was rude upon canceling an appointment due to the fact that I had to work. Won't be going back and will be taking my family else where as they had a hard time" with my son. One attempt is apparently a hard time."

Customer service was great when I first showed up.. I thought I would continue using this dentist as I was relocated back in the area however... I showed up for a routine check up and cleaning and was told I had multiple cavities.. I said ok to fixing them.. Once I was there for the procedure I needed over 5 freezing needles I believe more to actually feel frozen from the work being done where with my prior dentist for the same type of treatment or worse I would have only needed 1 - 2 needles so I am not sure if the dentist who saw me missed the area needed to freeze me properly and not cause a bunch of pain. Once the procedure began and I was frozen very frozen and again after many attempts with the needle I was than told I had another cavity beside one of the teeth the dentist was working on.. I am not sure why this didn't show up prior as I had multiple xrays and the exam done.. Obviously after 5 possibly even 7 tries with the freezing agent I didn't want to come back in for another cavity so I agreed to allow the dentist to work on this tooth... After the procedure was done I was than told I might now feel throbbing or sesitivty in that area and that I would potentially need a root canal ... not sure how this was needed all of a sudden after no prior xrays showed a major or small problem with that tooth... I am now in pain quite severe pain and the dentist is unable to stay late enough for me to have my tooth looked at or fixed... Ive been told to request time off work however I just started a new job and do not plan on missing time while under probation for any reason... Due to this I was forced to find a new dentist in Peterborough who I really hope can help fix the tooth that once again had no issues until after my appointment at Bridge Street Dental in Campbellford. I believe anyone who goes here for a procedure should simply just have done what was agreed on or ask to see the Xrays prior to having your tooth drilled to the point of a root canal likely being needed.... All other teeth that were fixed were done decently and I do not feel any pain there however this one tooth I am speaking about specifically hurts incredibly bad and I feel like they have not put enough effort in when it came to getting me back into the dentists chair.. The best they could do for me is 7 days from now if I can make it by 5:45... I am supposed to be in pain for a minimum of another week prior to it even being looked at... I am honestly shocked by this. Sorry this may seem like a rant however after two weeks of being in severe pain I am ready to complain and let others know.

I was recommended to Bridge Street Dental Centre after shattering my front tooth from a bike accident. I was provided an appointment the next day and was seen by Dr. Wong and his assistant Tina. They worked so great as a team - I was finished before I even knew it! I was extremely pleased by the whole experience and love that everyone there is so friendly and cheerful.Thank you Bridge Street Dental Centre for the wonderful experience!

I've been using Bridge Street Dental for 12 years since moving from Toronto. I was worried about finding a professional, proficient office in the area but was pleasantly surprised by the great staff and Dr. Guiliani. If you're looking for an excellent dentist, I highly recommend Bridge Street Dental.

Nice dental office. Dr. Wong is my guy, very friendly, pays attention to any discomfort, good quality work so far. This office is well equipped. If your rich then consider it a 5 star, but I find it's overpriced compared to any other dentists including Toronto.

Had a wonderful experience at Bridge Street Dental. All of the staff were amazing and Dr. Wong made my children and I feel safe and comfortable.

Staff always have a smile. Extremely competent. Dr. Giuliani is patient in his explanations and careful in his treatment. The Bridge Street Dental crew take the fear and concern out of going to the dentist. Couldn't be better.

I would like to give a huge thank you to Dr Giuliani and his side kick Hailey. I had never been to this office before and they for me in the same day I called. I suffer from horrible anxiety and Panic attacks which cause issues going anywhere but after weeks of tooth pain I had to go. Dr Giuliani and Hailey made me feel so comfortable and were so good with me. I found out I needed my wisdom tooth pulled and Dr Giuliani just said we are doing it now because I wouldn’t have went back and he knew it. He made me feel very reassured everything will be fine. Had a panic attack during procedure and he stopped and let me take a minute as he talked me through it. I asked if I could please sit up while he did it and he said what ever makes you comfortable. It was my top wisdom tooth I know that was not easy but he never made me feel like an inconvenience or anything. I have never had a dr make so many accommodations around my anxiety besides my family dr. I just thought everyone should know how amazing this team was. Makes it a little easier for me to have to go back if need be. He followed up with me and everything. I highly recommend Dr Giuliani and Hailey to everyone. So many times I was treated like a pain and inconvenience but they made me feel like a person!! Thank you again so much to the both of you! It’s people like you that make dealing with Mental health illness just a bit easier!
