It started with Bill who serviced my furnace and I asked about the hot water tank. Very knowledgable and provided all the info I needed to determine a tankless water heater should be my next purchase. Konrad and Steve were very geniune, hard working and answered all of my questions after the installation. From there, I inquired about a water softner and Konrad was able to provide all the pros and cons of a water softner (not a lot of cons). We booked within a week and I had my new water softner. Hats off to the entire team, including the office who booked inspections, provided reminders of upcoming appointments. Very smooth operation! Highly recommend.

Sunday morning, the furnace is not working. After two days and hundreds spent, it still does not work. They suggest replacing more parts at 1k to 3k more! I ask them to stop and ask for a NEW furnace quote. The earliest they can make it is, 4 days later, Friday! Really. it is -30 . I then called a FURNACE company. They showed up next day, at 10am on Tuesday. I got a new furnace the same day! They pulled people from other jobs to help out. Because, They do not leave anyone without heat in -30". Says it all."

We discovered a problem with old plumbing that was not up to code. Bill suggested a very reasonable solution and completed the necessary work quickly and effectively.The price was fair, the response was quick, and Bill presented a very professional and personable demeanour.We hope not to need a plumber again for a long time ... but, when we do Official will certainly be our first call.

I highly recommend Official Plumbing & Heating for your home service when you need.Based on the previous dissatisfactory and unhappy experience with a large plumbing and heating company that boasts one of 3 best companies in Calgary, I decided to search for an individual or family run business to do repairs of toilet in my moving out list. The technician showed up punctuality within the scheduled time window and identified the issue immediately and correctly and explained the cost of repairs. During the course of repairing, he found that some parts were needed to be replaced and he did not ask for extra. In the end, he completed a complimentary inspection of my humidifier connection.I was so happy with this company for its lower service call (only 66% or even lower than that of big companies), transparent quotes, reasonable fees (less than big companies for sure), well done job and worry-free warranty. The knowledgeable, experienced and friendly technician went extra miles in his service definitely made me to keep using their services down the road. If you do not want to be gouged for paying over $100 for just tightening a bolt from some big companies, then Official Plumbing & Heating is your choice.

Official Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job replacing our hot water tank. Konrad and Stephen were very professional and knowledgeable. Our house is old and there were some issues with the system that Konrad quickly detected and rectified. We would highly recommend!!

It was really professional service…they arrived at the time frame they had said they would and fixed the leak I had a problem with…service call fee was reasonable $50…overall very pleased with the quality of work…maybe overpriced a bit…

Larry LangagerOur furnace blower motor stopped working suddenly. We contacted Official Plumbing and Heating late in the afternoon and they were able to replace it efficiently the following day. Bill also repaired a leaky faucetat the same time for no added cost.

My furnace stopped working. I had no heat. They offered me emergency after hours and they came out that night. He had a look at it and recommended I replace it. They provided me with a reasonable quote which I agreed to have to the work done. They brought me some space heaters until they can come back and install my new furnace. I now have heat. It was an unexpected cost but a great experience and now they are my go to for all my plumbing and heating needs. Thank you Official Plumbing and Heating.

Had a leaking Water Heater that nearly flooded the basement on Friday. Phoned Official Plumbing & Heating in at 6pm, and set up an appointment for 8am Saturday. Not only did they come in during off-hours to help us fix this problem fast, but they got the tank replaced within less than three hours. I'll definitely be looking to them for future repairs should they ever come up. Thanks again!
