Urban Kitchen Table
At this time they are only offering a select few items off their original menu. That being said the appetizers, the mains, and the drink pairings were spectacular. Our waitress was sensational, she was both friendly and accommodating with suggestions. She was also very attentive and had a wonderful demeanor. I would recommend that others try them out if you haven't been there.

Terrible service. Waitress came to our table twice to get our drink and food order and then avoided making eye contact with our table table of 3 for the next hour and a half. Couldn't even get another drink. Our order was clearly forgotten about since it took a hour and a half to get 3 burgers with fries. Multiple tables who came in after we ordered got their food before us. It was not busy at all. Received no apology or information for why our food took so long and why we were being avoided. Food was decent but over priced. After we were done eating no one came to our table and we were being avoided still so we had to go to the front to get our bills and pay. Terrible experience and would not recommend. Especially if you are in town working long hours looking for a place to eat at the end of the day.

They are very inconsistent in how they serve food. Some days my potatoes had onions and others none at all. I asked for my eggs scrambled and they would sometimes make it an omelet instead. The food was good but very inconsistent. I ordered eggs benedict a few times and sometimes I would only get 1 price of ham divided onto the English muffins and other times I would get two full pieces. The wait staff was kindish I also brought this up to a manager and he did nothing about it and didn't understand what I was trying to say.

The hidden Jem of Fort Mcmurray! Whenever our company is paying we all get excited because we know we're getting urban kitchen for lunch, Amazing food for a hotel restaurant. Awesome service, very polite and quick for the quality of food. Highly recommend the nachos, best nachos I've had hands down. Never thought I would like a little shredded pineapple on my nachos but I must say it's a must now. Keep up the great work!!!

Place was decently good, but we waited for 50mins just to take our orders and 10mins later told us they don't have it. So yea.. someone messed the kitchen up for sure. I felt bad for the servers who taking all the rage of the customers that night.

Horrible service. Waiting forever to even order. The place wasn't busy. They got me a glass of water, then was ghosted for over 15 minutes. Horrible

Vanessa was delightful and was helpful and very respectful. Thank you so much!I often wonder why people find it okay to be in a place like this with their bare feet up on the chairs, but that is just THAT slob's problem, no faults to the restaurant and staff.
