We had an awesome time. Great food, great cigars and a beautiful view of Toronto the entire tour.

This the most unprofessional group. You will hate and cruise journey if you happen to travel on it. The boarding time given was 6:30 pm but had to wait until 8:40 to start boarding and I side atmosphere was horrible than waiting outside. 5 hour was the cruise time but got reduced to 2:30 hours. In a way that was goid because it was unimaginably garbage.

The River Gambler is the best party boat I have been on - great vibe! Super fun staff, massive deck, great party spot. And of course the view from the water is spectacular.

I had a horrible experience with this boatOne of our friends is visual impaired. She was holding her husband hand. They thought she was drunken. We sweared that she was not drunken but they prevented her to board so we all decided not to board the ship.I’m really sorry for them and don’t recommend them to anyone.

Pretty chilly in October but still had a blast, bring out cameras because the views are amazing and great for pictures

It was a white party. We were not allowed to even bring water into the boat. They searched us as if we’re at the airport. They emptied all our bags and again as if we’re in the airport, they had us empty our water bottle. They told useverything is available to purchase on the boat. The food was mediocre. There was no snack to purchase and they’re charging $12 for a small bottle of beer. The party was fun, however the service was terrible. Hence 3 stars.

This is a cool boat. I was on board as part of a cider cruise. Definitely a fun upper deck for dancing/parties. Lower deck is a little dark and stale, but a good space, especially if dining is on the menu. The cruise was serving their lunch menu while I was there. It was very expensive, as expected. The burger and wedges were below average. The veggie wrap was actually excellent. The chicken wrap looked similar to the veggie wrap and was probably a good pick. Bathrooms were tiny, but actually excellent for a boat of that size. Whole boat seemed clean. Crew was well organized and efficient. We were out on a very hot day, and the boat lacks cool shady spaces. The bottom deck is covered, but lack of airflow meant it was very muggy. Upper deck has covers, but only for the rain. So there's only a couple spots with shade and a breeze, which were hotly contested. The pier they launch from is lacking. Just a gravel parking lot, but there is a lot of parking, so even a packed cruise isn't going to be an issue. The course they plotted is a cool Harbourfront view. Nice views of the city, the island, and the skyline. I'd go back for a cool event, but maybe not on such a hot summer afternoon.

We were looking forward to this cruise, but as soon as we arrived we knew from the start we should not get our hopes up. We were supposed to board at 12:30 pm and we did not board until 2:00 pm. They did not have anything set up, no food prepare it was like they just plan the event that morning. Boat was dirty and again nothing was set up properly for guess. The line for the food was over an hour wait.. the event coordinators would have known ahead of time from the ticket sold the number of people attending, so why would they have stAff properly to served the food. Servers was very rude, the portion of food were not equal among guest.. the price for water and juice are extremely high. And for the raffle it really amazed me the person that won was a staff employee.Over all a terrible experienced i would not recommend to any one.. the only saving grace was the music and the food even though the portion is small compare to other people.

Today, I witnessed a distressing incident involving discrimination against a woman with a visual impairment. The security personnel refused to allow my friend to enter simply because she was holding her husband's hand for support. Mistakenly assuming she was intoxicated, they dismissed our attempts to clarify the situation. Their unwarranted actions not only ruined our day but also exemplified a deeply troubling display of discrimination.
