Passport Office

Honestly has the RUDEST workers there, trying to find out your passport status by mail and its the worst. they are not clear on the information i was about to ask a question and the guy i spoke with HUNG UP while i was in mid sentence. So rude didnt even get an update on my passport

Does anyone know if they issue passport at this moment please, cause I applied for my passport didn’t receive respond from them yet?

Applied by mail with all documentation they returned the paper portion stating that our birth certificate and photos were not included (100% positive they were) it appears now that they have stolen our original documents and not a single person can help us and the only phone number to get ahold of them does not work.

Worst help ever they messed up on my last name on the passport and now i have to drive an hour and a half to get a new one this is rediculess .Wish i could give -stars

Dernièrement, j’ai dû renouveler mon passeport en urgence et je veux absolument remercier tout le personnel présent cette journée pour leurs accompagnement, leurs conseils, leurs professionnalisme. Un énorme merci car grâce à eux j’ai pu partir en voyage le jour même .

Super fast service got in and out 30 min even with the appointment set for later..

Service impeccable!Je suis allée renouveler mon passeport, temps d'attente de 45 minutes. Le temps d'attente peut varier selon la demande et selon le mode de paiement aussi, c'est mieux de payer par carte de crédit selon ce que j'ai compris, et vu que je ne fesait que renouveler, je n'ai pas attendu aussi longtemps que d'autres personnes.

I apply for the passport over 2months, 1st I went Laval office,20 of july they have about 8 worker in from of the office only to make appointment. I got my appointment 10 days later in Repentigny. I told them to renew a passport for my son and He need to enter USA in 3 weeks for school. They told me I can get in to US with birth certificate and when I receive his passport I can sent him by mail. Which is wrong I found out later. then they took all the info . Then passport office call a week later said they don’t have a copy of my son birth certificate. I rush back to give them to copy it. Then Passport office never call me back . End of august I call them back , they said they can issue the passport on the 26 th of sept, I need to pay for extra, i accept it , then they call me 6 days before issue the passport. And I ask then if my son need to present. The agent reply, he don’t. Then 4 days before issue the passport. They cal again saying my son need to represent at the office. So I go to US to pickup my son. Today I m at the passport office with my son , the lady said I didn’t pay for the extra service . So the passport is not issued. I told her The agent at the phone never ask me to pay on the phone. So I assume I pay at the office. Now I waiting at the passport office over 1h30……. 26th septembre

Arrived at 8:30am, I had my new passport at 1pm. The 48 hour service didn't even take a tenth of that!Service was polite. I was slowed down a bit by not knowing French, that was just because I had to go in the queue for an English speaking agent, which is understandable given where we are.I made sure my guarantor and my references all expected a phone call and that they were all reasonably bilingual, which might have helped things proceed quickly.Thanks Service Canada!
