From beginning to end, Jessica was such a joy to work with and she made the entire process worry-free. She listened and understood the type of workload/ salary expectation I was looking for. I had a great experience working with Meda Agency, specifically with Christine Chandler. Christine is extremely supportive and responsive, it is extremely evident that she genuinely cares about the candidates that she's working with and placing them at companies and in positions that are the best fit for them. I wanted to wait to write a review for Meda Agency Inc and specifically Jessica until I passed my probation, even though I had a stellar onboarding experience and knew this company exceeded everything I was looking for. Needless to say, nothing has changed between the start of that process to now. Jessica was a pleasure to work with, she took the time to get to know me, my background, my strengths and what I wanted from my next chapter. She took everything we spoke about and got me an interview for my now current role so quickly. She worked with both myself and the company to organize and facilitate communication, the interview process and next steps. She even took the time during a vacation to help make sure I had her as a resource incase I needed help prepping for the interviews. I am in such a great place and a part of such an amazing company because of Jess and I cannot thank her enough. 11/10!!

Job seekers beware. Friendly reps but deceptive practices.I was contacted by the VP of recruitment after responding to a job posting for a position I was interested in. The email subjects, meeting invitations and job description she sent me all stated the title of the position I was interested in.In my interview with the employer, I was told that I was not interviewing for the position the VP and Meda were advertising. It was really embarrassing.When I confronted the VP, she said they were interviewing for a hybrid role and the title she gave me reflected what the wanted. But the fact remained that the title the company was hiring for was not the title I applied for (and not the title Meda posted). The VP deflected and took no accountability.I would recommend going with a more reputable agency that has more honest practices.
