Thank you to Scott and his team for transforming my old overgrown apple tree into a manageable orchard style fruit tree. You took your time explaining the plan and spoke with me after the work was performed as well. It is evident that you are passionate about trees.On another note, it is the office that appears to be disorganized, yet this should not be a reflection of the hard working front line staff.

The team at Pinnacle was amazing...they were a well oiled crew. Our crew boss was professional and the team was careful removing our large Manitoba Maple. The team cleared away the debris and even made cuttings for our keepsake. We were very pleased. Thanks guys. Be safe.

I had a great experience with the Pinnacle team. From their initial visit, to ongoing email communication to their final visit to perform services. They took the time to explain things clearly to me, and help me make an educated decision about my services. On the day they came to remove my tree, they were prompt, kind and very efficient. They were careful with my patio furniture, moving my breakable items out of the way, and returning everything when they were done. You would never even know they dragged a tree through my garage. They cleaned up everything! Very impressed with their service and their attention to details that made this a very positive experience for me. Great work!

Pinnacle was great to deal with. They were on time when they came for the estimate and the trimming, and even though there was a typo on the order sheet that meant the crew removed several smaller branches without removing the main limb we wanted removed, they came back the following week to finish the job. The crew was outstanding - very good at communicating with me, and with each other to remove the large limb safely. And they left the yard tidier than they found it.

We had Pinnacle plant 3 trees for us last year and this year, one ended up not looking all that well. Chad came to our home to have a look and then within a few weeks, had found a replacement. He and the crew came and replaced the tree..no hassle...no charge. Highly recommend!!!

We have used Pinnacle several times for tree trimming and removal and just had them out to trim back a very tall set of cedars next to the house. They are punctual, professional and reasonably priced. They have always done a great job and clean up completely before they leave.

Cannot express enough thanks to the amazing team that took down our two very large spruce trees. They are among the most professional and friendliest people I have ever met. They took safety very seriously and did a thorough job cleaning up after the trees were down. Prices were very reasonable. It took a bit to get them out but well worth the wait. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

Greg Templeman is the rudest man I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and after 40 years in sales, that is really, really putting him at the bottom of the lowest of the lowest.I would NEVER deal with him, or with Pinnacle Tree, again and will strongly advise others not to deal with him, unless you like being treated like a fifth degree citizen.
