We are new to the Red Deer area, sold our home in the south and are moving so we needed a home inspection completed on the house we made an offer on. Ryan with Quantum Property Inspections came recommended from our agent and did not disappoint. Ryan had an opening just a few days out, completed the home inspection on time, the report was done very quickly, and he was available to talk about his findings as many times as I wanted. The app or program he uses is awesome also. I was able to go on-line, look at any items brought up on inspection then populate a list with budgets of what those items would be to be fixed. Great job, I’d recommend Ryan if you need a home inspection done.

Ryan came recommended to me as I'm am not originally from Alberta.We had to reschedule and he was more than willing to move us around his schedule, he traveled a ways to the property without some crazy number some people would have done. On a super cold day Ryan was there getting the job done. He even helped explain and go over his findings on a video call. Got our report all written up the same day.
