If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This shop helped me out today (April 17th) in a pinch while I was at a Jiffy Lube swapping out my winter tires/rims. The original store I purchased my tire/rim package did not give me the correct amount of lugs to successfully put my new summer rims on. A quick call to this shop and they had the special size I needed for a great price. Summer rims go on at Jiffy Lube after the lug fiasco only to find out my particular car has what they call a dust cap on the front wheels that prevented the aftermarket centre cap from going on. A quick drive back to Revolutions... they took my car, popped the dust cap off and sent me on my merry way as Jiffy Lube didn't have the tools to take off the dust cap. WITH NO CHARGE. Revolution offered fantastic customer service!! It's really hard to find people who see someone in an obvious bind and don't take advantage of them. My next set of tires/rims will be from this shop!

Thanks for ordering my 5mm wheel spacers. He confirmed bolt pattern and bore diameter. Their hub centric, fit amazing.

after reading all these bad reviews i wanted to go in and see what every one was complaining about. Walk in and yes is was quiet, but that is the season. (right) i got a couple prices on tires and asked them a couple questions. yes they are new owners. but for being new to that industry they sure have picked up on a lot of things. i would definitely like to see what others would do being handed a business with no knowledge in that business. the guys in the shop are very nice and respect everyone until they feel threatened. i don't blame them for opening there mouth when being yelled at by a customer who probably doesn't know much about working in a shop. i would definitely recommend going to this shop. but that's my opinion........ i will definitely be back, see you boys in the fall.......

I have been going to Revolution Wheel & Tire for many years now and have always enjoyed awesome service, quality products, and reasonable pricing. When I need work done on my vehicles I feel comfortable that I will be pleased with the results and not shocked by the bill. It is nice to have a place you can trust!

Had a great experience at Revolution tire, I drive frequently on the highway and Karim was very helpful with helping me choose the right winter tire for my vehicle and use, answering all my questions informatively. I got the best deal here and have had no issues with my tires!

Had a quick question about a second-hand rim that I purchased (not from them) and just describing my situation over the phone, I was given a great, concise answer and informative information on what the status of my rim may be and all this without even taking a look at it! I spent the last 2 days on the internet, looking for a similar situation to mine and could not find it.Many thanks to Revolution for the great service :)

I recently got new rims with Revolutions in Barrie, and this was the beginning of the worst automotive experience I’ve had. I ordered my rims and they had me pay in full and schedule an appointment 3 days later for installation. After having left work early for the appointment, I showed up only to be informed that they had not yet ordered my rims and they didn’t seem to care. They asked if I could come in again on a weekday but I turned them down as I didn’t want to miss more time at work and they seemed bothered by the fact that I wanted to book for a weekend. You’d think they could accommodate me especially after having messed up the first time. I finally got my new rims/tires installed and my steering seemed to be pulling a bit to the left afterwards. I came back for my 200km retightening and asked about the steering and he insisted my car needed a realignment (My car is a brand new 2015 with less then 8000km) and wanted me to have it done at their shop, which I didn’t . I went outside to where the guy (black hair/glasses) was tightening the tires and that’s when he told me I had drove over a piece of metal in the parking lot causing my back tire to leak (I understand this is not their fault). I asked if they could patch it in which they refused because they were closing in 15 minutes. When he was done tightening , he went inside and his coworker locked the door, put the “closed” sign on, and they both left in their own vehicles leaving me outside on my own taking my spare tire out. Because I bought their rims the wrench I had would not fit the bolt holes so I had to find a ride to get a new wrench to change my tire while they had the right tools to help me inside and it would have taken them 5 minutes MAX! You’d expect better service after having spent hundreds of dollars with them. Looks pretty pathetic to leave a customer stranded outside with a flat tire…especially when you’re in the business of TIRES.

The work that this company does is of excellent quality. I have complete trust in them when changing around my tires or getting them balanced and they never disappoint. With the new ownership, they do take extra time to make sure they are giving you lots of options and the best information. Prices have not changed, at least for the services i use. You can tell that they are trying their best to give you the best service. I will return.

Great service at Revolution. I came in looking for a wheel lock key as mine was stripped and needed to be cut off. They quickly found me the correct key and I asked if they would be able to do my tire change-over and they got me in right away. Great quick service and very friendly staff! I'll come back for sure.

Gave wrong price on the phone when I booked my appointment for winter tires. When I got there for installation they tried to tell me they need to charge me more then I was quoted (my van was on the lift at this point) We compromised, and settled on a price. Two days later my wife had a flat tire and they gave her a hard time and were super rude to her. The wheels are also out of balance and vibrating but I'm not going back to get them fixed there's lots of other tire shops around.
