Fido

totally garbage service, for some reason, the staff there manage to screw up my driver's licence number and birthday in the system, and as a result, I need to phone in to have it changed in order to access my online account information. Also, be prepared to stand there like a fool for 5 mins before any of the staffs come and ask you what you need. Have Fun.

0 stars if I could..No respect for customers and their time. Waiting since an hour or more for just getting a phone number because the address wasn't present in the system.The guy in TBell shop was very helpful. 2 stars for that..Not recommended at all and very disappointing

5 stars as of Justin. He is really helpful. He helped us to get the 120 in store credit while their record was a mess. Very patient and nice.

Had a great experience today with Kaushik. A big shoutout to him because he helped me and my sister to get the better plan as well as he helped us to get a new device with less cost.

I will never come back to this booth. The asian lady who made an ugly face when I was asking questions should never have a job in customer service. In going to be going elsewhere for my phone service from now on.

I was MISLEAD about the details of the product I purchased. I ended up getting charged for something I was told I wouldn't get charged for. They forgot to give me a chord for my WiFi modem (they found me working in one of the stores shortly after and gave it to me).I got charged late fees for bills I wasn't receiving!!!! Had to call multiple times to resolve this. The reps said they reimbursed me, but didn't. Or didn't give the right amount.

I cancelled my internet service over the phone I was told to come here to drop off the modem. First off the two workers here just play on their phones and don't pay attention to customers so you must get their attention. Secondly they said they couldn't take back the modem because the person over the phone didn't put it down as a store drop off instead they would be mailing me a box, so they told me to call Fido to verify I asked them to do it but they refused saying It's on me I guess they were just too lazy to do it.So i i call the next day and Fido tells me why the store rep's didn't help me they could have easily called and updated it and I would have been able to drop my modem off there.All in all terrible location and customer service.

Nov 30 2022Alex was a superstar! He corrected an issue generated by another unit within Fido and got me my upgrade promptly. He was courteous and very efficient. Thanks, Alex!

Better off with literally any other carrier. Bad service bad account management
