Garage Door Max

My garage door was stopping about 1/4 way up when opening, so I called Garage Door Max. He showed up within 30 minutes. He was very polite, professional, and provided helpful advice on maintaining my garage door and opener. He performed adjustments and some lubrications of joints and charged a fair price. I would definitely use him again!

We hired Garage Door Max after requesting a quote. Max came same day after the spring on our door failed and crashed down on the back of our car. Previous installers didn't even bother telling us what the problem was. We got a few different estimates. Not only was Garage Door Max the cheapest, but I also got a great feeling from them. Max was honest with his opinions and didn't try to push expensive extras. He just wanted to give us a safe, working system. The door took a little longer to arrive than anticipated (which was out of his control), but his installers arrived on time and did a great job. Opener works great. We chose a higher end opened with WiFi and battery backup, but I'm sure he has options for everyone. Don't hesitate. Go with Garage Door Max, you won't be disappointed.

Max had samples of what I was interested in, making my selection easy. The order process and installation schedule went as planned and was exactly as expected. Super smooth transaction and repair. Max was the only garage door company to give me a quote via text which I appreciated very much. Several other companies didn't want to tell me a price over the phone and wanted to send someone out for a fee. That didn't sound right to me. Max was prompt for the service call, spent about 45 minutes replacing the springs, and the cost was exactly what he told me it would be. Can't get any easier or better than that. Eric from Garage Door Max is super kind and came out to see my garage door on their vacation and didn't try to oversell us and their prices are very affordable. Eric told us that he would install a new motor and door that mirrored the other door we have, and it came out great. His team showed up on time and were very friendly and showed me how to use the keypad and new remote. Garage Door Max won't let you down. If you need garage work, this is your company to call. Called them to fix my garage when it stopped working unexpectedly. They sent a tech out, Max, the same day and promptly repaired the garage door. Max kept us up-to-date on the repair and the door works great. Would recommend this business to others.

He consulted with us on selecting a new door and coordinated the installation. The door arrived exactly when he said it would. Garage Door Max did an excellent job. Eric came the next day after I called and was able to provide a quick free estimate of issue. I ended up going for a full replacement which I am super glad for. Eric also recommended replacing the wheels which was a huge improvement in noise reduction. They came over and was able to replace everything in about two hours, it really shows their knowledge and skill in this area.I now have the quietest garage door on the block plus a wireless keypad for front entry. I'm very happy with my new shiny garage door.
