My air conditioner was not working well and leaking water all over the place.I had called 2 other service companies and they both suggested a new air conditioner.The fellow from Aristair came promptly, looked at the problem made some simple adjustments and suggested cleaning out the drain pipe. Bingo the problem was fixed. What impressed me the most was that he really cared to help and solve the issue rather than just sell me. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, knowledge, honesty and really caring to try to help.

Premi-Air was professional right from the first visit to quote the project to the installation itself. We love our new ductless air-conditioner and the technicians were not discouraged by the tricky installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them. We love their regular maintenance program as well.

Beyond great service. I called and got a very quick response. The technician Mohammad who came to the house was punctual, polite, he explained everything to me, and he cleaned up after the job. I didn't feel pressured to get a new system, but it was the best decision and they acted on it quickly and honestly. I highly recommend AristaAir.

Last spring I had two companies present their estimates for installing a mini-split air conditioner in my condo apartment. The first representative spent a half hour boasting of the company's service record, did not provide a range of options, and scribbled a few lines down on paper by way of an estimate.Premi-Air's advisor Mr. Peliowski, on the other hand, came prepared with information and options, suggestions for placement, and produced a comprehensive estimate on the spot using his own laptop and printer. I appreciated his genial and unassertive manner. The installation was also professionally handled and the installers took great pains to work with a tricky pipe workaround.I would not hesitate to recommend Premi-Air to my family and friends.Carol Gordon

Premi-air's heating/cooling tech expert, Corey, was fantastic. He showed me beneficial attributes of my heating and cooling system that I was not aware of before. His friendly and professional demeanour made it a pleasure to work with him. But.... even without Corey, I have always been happy with the service that Premi-air provides and highly recommend this company. They installed our new furnace and air conditioning systems.

Kudos to Arista Air tech, Jordan! Enbridge/Lakeside installed a new gas meter yesterday and while the boiler kicked back on the hot water heater refused to start. To cut a long story short, Jordan came by for Arista Air to troubleshoot and the end result was a return visit today for the installation of a whole gas valve and burner assembly. He’s a very knowledgeable and personable technician, explained all along what he was doing, gave us hot water again and left the utility room spotless! A five-star ambassador for Arista Air!

I have a service contract with Premi. I find I get prompt service. I had an issue with my water heater over the weekend and I got someone to the house the same day I called. My winter and summer maintenance is done with care. Service people arrive promptly and do an excellent job. My summer service was done by Cory and was very pleased with the job.

They were friendly and did a great job installing new AC and teaching us how to use the equipment. We were pleased. ALSO great service and timely. Harsimran was very responsible and patient and on time! thank you!

After our air-conditioning failed, a technician from Premi-Air named Mitch came to repair it. He was very knowledgeable of our geo thermal system. I was impressed with his thoroughness. Once the problem (too much refrigerant in the system) was corrected, he made sure it was working perfectly before he left. Very personable and friendly guy. I don't hesitate in recommending this company. 5 Stars
