Pire service à vie.3 ans client chez eux et ne daigne même pas se déplacer.Ne répond plus.Lorsque 17 jours plus tard je parle enfin avec un employé... celui-ci me dit qu'il ne veut plus de ma business...Horrible. Décevant. Déprimant.

Worst ever service paid thousands to repair my fridge year ago and this year same issue and when you call there is no answer

the service of this company was very bad.last year, I called this company to repair my air-conditioner which did not provide warm air. It sent a technician to install a new air-conditioner with one year guarantee. However, when I switched the new air-conditioner to the cool mode in this April, lots of water came from the air-conditioner. I called the company many times. The company did not give me any appointment for some technician. It just did nothing. Then, I called the technician who installed the air-conditioner many times as well. He answered me to come to fix the problem, but never come. We suffered a lot for the water leakage and I want to share the terrible experience with everyone.

L'intervention s'est très mal passée, avec un plombier qui est arrivé 1h en retard, a effectué 3 allers-retours non justifiés à son camion et qui nous a facturé ce temps perdu (soit 45mn en plus de son intervention). Lorsque je lui ai demandé s'il planifiait de faire d'autres allers-retours, il s'est énervé et m'a dit qu'il n'adressait pas la parole aux femmes"
