Probably the worst service from any retailer I've ever been to. First visit they broke my lock nut and tried to blame on my mechanic. Then they tried to say I must have broken it. Made another appointment to still get tires after my mechanic fixed the problem. Arrived for appointment and told me to come back in another hour and still insisted they didn't break it. They made no effort to rectify the issue or keep me as a customer just ignored me and worked on computer till I left. I'd stay away from here just my opinion. Tire guys were amazing on Dunlop towards angus better tires better service better prices.

They found a set of used snow tires for my daughters car, something no one else in Barrie could do. had them mounted and installed in less than an hour. Answered all of my questions and made all adjustments I requested, no charge.

STAY AWAYI came here to get four winter tires last season from these guys.. I recently went to get my lug nuts tightened (at Costco) and I was informed that one of the tires they installed was a COMPLETELY different size than the other three. Not to mention the service I got in store was absolutely horrific and I sat there waiting an hour past my appointment time just for them to start my car.

My family and I bought tires from them in the past, but after my recent experience with them I have nothing good to say about these guys. In fact what a bunch of crooks. Tires that were bought brand new last year all of the sudden are no good anymore and they refused to install them. Trying to get me to spend over 600 dollars on new tires. I took my business elsewhere and they did it no problem, when asked if I needed new tires. The other place said no, your tires still have 85% tread on them.I will not be going back to Mr. Tire ever again and neither will my family.

Grant recommended Continental Winter Tires, and I am throughly pleased with them! One must feel confident with their winter tires and I do! I called and they had the tires that I needed. He even managed to squeeze me in on a busy day. Best price. Best service. The tires look barely used. Would recommend without hesitation.
