From start to finish the Genesis Restorations people were caring and compassionate and did their best to make the whole process less overwhelming. Andrew was always making sure to keep me updated on the timelines and what was happening and the crew was thorough and professional throughout it all. While I hope I never need to call them again, hands down they will be my first choice if I ever need that kind of service again.

We had a septic flood in our home and thanks to Genesis Restorations expertise; we were able to remediate our basement to better than its original condition. Working in harmony with our insurance company they packed up all our delicate belongings and removed them safely into a storage pod on our property. They sealed off our basement area containing the contamination, so we could live in the rest of the house. We are so grateful for the work Genesis did for us; we were so impressed with Graham's company & his crew. Their knowledge of our situation was so helpful.
