Great selection of gear at this shop next to the hill. Jessie and Hayley hooked me up with some dope new snowboard boots and were super fun and knowledgeable. Definitely hit up this place for all of your snow sport needs.

Love this store. Just a bit overpriced compared to the actual Oakley store and other board stores . They need more bike equipment.

Everything is overpriced. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. I had to buy a pair of poles. . It worked just for one day then it broke in a normal fall. bad quality. no refund . no exchange.

Had a really bad experience dealing with a man manager and his boy staff today. My son bought a helmet and they wouldn't return it within 1 hr of purchase even though it had all tags, in box, not used. The Guy manager told my son to go sell the helmet to one of his friends for 15 dollars less.I then went into the store 20 min later and spoke with a new team member (Paul) I walked in so upset but Paul was polite, understanding, calm, relatable and so incredibly respectful. He called a female manager who came to the cash. She treated us with respect and completely understood we weren't being unreasonable. I didn't get her name but wish we had have because we will continue to do business with this store solely because of her and Paul. We are local and spend a lot of money in that store and almost ended our relationship today with the previous manager and staff on duty today at 2pm.

I am not sure, but this appears to be the only ski shop in the village. I was looking for ski boots. They had a few on the wall, but none had a price. When I pointed out to the sales clerk that people shouldn’t have to guess at the price he was only able to give me estimates. He pointed at each of pair of boots and said things like, “that pair are 4 or 5 hundred dollars”. I thought that skiing and boarding would be Blue Mountain’s core business. Apparently not.

The staff overcharged me for the pair of gloves I bought this past Saturday. The price of the gloves was labelled to be $84.99. I was in a rush during the purchase. I did not notice this overcharge until I got home. Over the phone, they told me that they had apparently gotten the sticker label price wrong and it was supposed to be $99 instead of 84.99. They will not let me get the leftover amount back unless I come in person to the store to get it refunded and recharged. I live two hours away from the Blue Mountains and, due to being far along in my pregnancy, am unable to go out as needed. They do not have another store close to the city of my residence either.Also, they will not refund over the phone or let me speak to higher management about this issue. The supervisor had the audacity to say that I won't need these gloves within the 15-day refund window because the weather will change which is a completely ridiculous assertion. In addition, I also suffer from vasospasm if my hands get too cold so I will need gloves even if the weather changes.Overall, their staff had better label their products right AND make sure that their inventory prices MATCH the product's sticker price. If they have lablled it incorrectly, then it shouldn't be the customer's fault to pay for their mistake. They should also be able to refund over the phone for folks who cannot make it to their store. This should be the very basic level in customer service that is expected from any reputable store. I am very disappointed in how they handled this matter. Anyone who shops here had better make sure they don't do this to you either.If any of the staff members or higher management sees this message, I would like to be given the amount I am due.
