Just got back from here a minute ago. The woman serving was super disrespectful, she packed the bowls on the side in the bag and put barley any thing in the bowl. Review my picture. That's not a burrito bowl, I didn't pay x dollars for this half full trash. Iv been here many times and never had an issue like this.

This place is terrible. From the food to the staff to the service. Nothing is done right. The 2 lady’s that work here are sooo rude they argue with everyone. They be acting like what customers want affects their pay or something. Just give customers what they want. Basic customer service, we are paying for it. On top of that the food is not good dont waste your money there’s better places in the area.

Ordered online 3x in the last few weeks. Twice there was no protein (i.e. no shrimp or chicken) in the bowl. Just beans. Thought the first time was a fluke, but apparently this is a trend.

The customer service was horrible. Two girls were extremely rude saw her rolling her eyes at my friends for wanting a different bread and then the cashier snatched the money out of my hand and then threw my change back at me.

The woman working the counter was extremely rude, and denied me from ordering a kids meal. As someone who physically cannot eat a full portioned meal this was absolutely ridiculous. Not only did she deny me from ordering, but she was insanely rude about it. Will not be returning, and as a first time customer that is not the impression you should be making.

Ordered Steak bowl on Canada day, through Skip the dishes.The food was amazing and tastes really good. Would definitely recommend.*The major disappointment is that the quantity was below average: only filled halfway of a regular bowl. Furthermore, the delivery location is within 1.5km (arrived within 5min after pickup) and yet the food was not warm.Would go for it again if they add a bit more quantity in there.

I just ordered this for the first time and the food is amazing. Everything was just as described, the fries are perfectly crispy and the burrito bowls were HUGE. It’s a great place to grab Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. Fresh and tasty. Would definitely recommend this new location at 1711 Main Street West, Hamilton, ON.

They are not giving a enough quantity according to price. Seriously, I order 2 bowls and quantity is half of the bowl. We are paying full money for food and getting half. Why don’t you reduce a price or size of bowl. Even there are one topping is missing from my order.It is a joke.
