Don't often complain but this is frustrating. I ordered a meal deal. The pizzas showed up as ordered however the wings (Garlic Parm) showed up looking like they splashed sauce in the container and threw the wings in on top. I called politely not asking for anything other than an explanation and perhaps an apology but was suprised when I was met with passive aggressive attitude from the guy on the phone who attempted to educate me on what wings look like. From there he essentially hung up on me. End of the day pizza hut lost a reliable customer over a poorly prepared $10 box of wings.

I love Pizza Hut. It is good, and my favourite in the Campbellford area. However, they really NEED to up their delivery range. They only deliver up to 8kms. I live outside of town, but only a 12minute drive and they REFUSE to deliver to me. Why can Apollo's deliver to me but Pizza Hut Can't? I don't drive myself so I don't have the option to go pick up Pizza Hut whenever I want. I shouldn't have to resort to ordering Apollo's just because Pizza Hut can't drive 12minutes from their location.

First time trying the pizza was awful! Undercooked greasy mess. This was when the store first opened.However now that they have been open awhile they have definitely improved the quality of the pizza! Had it a few times since and it has been perfect every time. Plus the service is always great too.
